Read Agent Nine Page 10

  Chapter Ten

When Nine approached planet Anna Kendrick, he turned on the ship's camouflage and soared stealthily through it. They stopped and hovered on neutral over Kyle's house.

  "What's your plan?" asked Six.

"I'm not sure. Do I just like, go in and smoke her?" Nine asked.

"You should throw a dart at her. Put her to sleep." Natalie suggested.

"Oh there she goes!" Strawberry pointed out the window to a pink spaceship.

Nine threw his ship into gear and followed her ship out into space. Tailgating after her, still in camouflage mode.

"She can't see us." Nine told his team.

  "Duh!" Natalie added.

"She is probably on her way to ruin someone else's life and break their heart. Well she won't get far." Nine continued.

Nine pushed a few buttons on the ship's dashboard that caused the hood to open slightly. A net spewed out of it with a rope attached to Nine's ship. It covered Mandy's ship and zapped it. Making her ship lose all its power and just floated there, no lights on or anything. Nine turned off the camouflage and turned on the ship to full power blasting back to Earth with Mandy's ship in tow. He pushed on full force and the team began to worry.

"Aren't you going a little fast there buddy?" the valet attendant asked.

"You can tell, Nine's got a bit of an anger problem." Six added.

"I do not." Nine defended himself. "Anyway, I'm taking her to prison and that's the end of it." he sped to Earth with the rest of the team sitting quietly in their seats. "You won't stop me! I don't want to hear it."

"We didn't say anything." Six replied.

"Fine!" Nine slowed his ship down to a stop and thought for a second. "You've all convinced me. I'll let her go."

"No! You idiot." Natalie got up and pushed Nine aside. She then took over the controls and flew to the white house where the new president was about to give a speech on national television.

She landed both, Nine's ship and the pink ship on the platform stage at the big event, with tens of thousands of people and photographers taking photos of the process. Natalie stepped out of the ship first, followed by Nine, Six, Strawberry, and the valet attendant. Natalie then walked to the pink ship, removed the net, and opened its door. She then stepped inside.

More camera flashes followed. The new president, along with his staff members, ran out on to the stage platform and watched. More photos followed and Nine held his breath. Natalie stepped out first, followed by Mandy.

"Oh my god!" One of the photographers shouted. "There she is! The most wanted woman in the universe!" that was followed by more photography, flashes, as Natalie pulled her handcuffs out from her bra and placed them on Mandy.

Nine was really upset, but at the same time, he was played and he knew it. Mandy was then taken away by police officers. That day, Nine and his team received a prestigious peace keeper of the month award from the new president of Earth. They were then asked to get back in their ship and get the heck out of there as an important moment in history was about to take place.

Nine and his team climbed back into the ship, leaving the pink one behind, and blasted off into space.

"Sure glad that's over." Natalie smiled at Nine.

"Well, we'll have to use Sebastian's beach house as our headquarters." Strawberry shrugged. "I guess."

"Not until we take a vacay, we deserve it!" Nine smiled at the team and steered the ship to planet Taylor Swift.

"I got the booze!" Six took out a cooler from the back of the ship and passed beer to his teammates, including the valet attendant. He turned on the stereo to some upbeat house music.

"This is so cool! I've never been on Taylor Swift planet." the valet attendant said joyfully and chugged his beer.

"Just you wait. I'm taking you jet skiing." Six raised his beer and the team cheered.
