anything
I glanced at my watch and nodded. He looked up, then down and nodded
I glanced at my compass which pointed north. He looked at the stars that pointed south
I was thirsty, I had my bottle. He was thirsty, he started digging
I was hungry, I had my sandwich. He was hungry, he hunt down a wild beast
I thought for a moment, how rural he was
He called me and said ‘how rural you are’
I was surprised and wonder why?
Then again he said, ‘I am the future, you are not’
Like Everyone Does
December 6, 2012 at 6:57pm
I like to play, like everyone does
Play the ball game, with my friends
Run like a horse, over the fence
Move to the rhythm, dance to the beat
Jump like a rabbit by making a habit
Kick a nearby stone, to see how far it goes
Walk by the street, without my wheels
Stand up on my feet, without my clutches
Like everyone does, I want my two legs
Nature, Nature… Why So Cruel?
November 2, 2012 at 10:31am
Nature, nature… Why so cruel? Why do you torture?
We just wanted to develop this world for a better future
Used your gifts, used your strength, turned this world into a wonder
Is this how, is this the way, you repay for the work we have done?
Silly human beings… Are you putting the blame on me?
You think you’ve developed this world, so that things will get easy?
You used my gifts, used my strength, turned this world to a disaster
This is how, this is the way, I’ve always done, and I will do it again
New Year’s Eve
December 30, 2012 at 3:44pm
In 1992,
We have spent 8,760 hours
With our family and friends
Having fun and laughing together
In the New Year’s Eve
In 2012,
We had to spent 365 days
Scrolling through the facebook
Hardly find someone to say ‘Hi’
In the New Year’s Eve
In 2022,
We will have only 1 year
If you have someone near by
Don’t forget the say ‘Happy New Year!’
In the New Year’s Eve
Soldiers
December 31, 2012 at 10:59pm
You have been out there on the fields
Struggling for life and death
Not even for you
But for others
Those who lived beyond borders
Children’s longing for their fathers
Women’s tears for their husbands
Which cannot be seen to you
But you had only one hope
That hope is not to end
But never to start it on the first place
Otherwise,
You could have seen your child's first step
Could have seen your sisters getting wed
Could have spent the summer time
In the barn field instead of the battlefield
With your father whose black hair getting gray
With your mother who might still have thousand words to say
One would say you are a soldier
But for me,
You are a guardian angel
We will wait for you
Counting days and weeks
Months and years
Till you come home
The Beginning of the End!
August 16, 2013 at 11:32am
Look at the world now
White becomes black
Blue becomes brown
Green becomes yellow
We breathe poison
But we keenly add them
Is not there any other option?
It’s just a business
We drink filth
Made on our own
Then we drink pills
To keep the business flow
We eat junk
Whole bunch of a BIG crap
No time for green
No time to live
They say it’s the beginning
Whole new advance technology
What they don’t see is, its
The beginning of the end!
The Christmas tree
December 25, 2012 at 7:56am
Walking down the street along with my hunger
People are too busy shopping without any fear
I noticed a man who paid 200 dollars for the decor
Here I sit decorating my Christmas tree with my shedding tears
All are celebrating, partying, having fun with their families
Everyone shouts aloud, dancing around having so many beers
All the way, down the street I can see everyone’s smiles
Here I sit decorating my Christmas tree with my shedding tears
You got 11 pounds turkey while I have 11 beans for dinner
You have all the family around while I have no one near
Jingle bells, shining stars, colorful lights way up the tree
Here I sit decorating my Christmas tree with my shedding tears
Christmas is here, Christmas is there, Christmas is everywhere
No one knows, no one cares and there are people in need of care
World is in hunger, world is corrupt. Why don’t others want to share?
Here I sit decorating my Christmas tree with my shedding tears
The Job Seeker
December 29, 2012 at 10:27pm
The job seeker
Moved on seeking for a job
He wanted a job
To feed his daughter and son
The job seeker
Didn’t get a job
Not because of his qualities
Because of his cripple
The job seeker
Never gave up
He made his own story
To make his own luck
The job seeker
Stood before the crowd
He told his life story
For a few dollars note
The job seeker
Now no longer a seeker
He made his fortune
For his family’s future
The Last One to Stand
June 10, 2013 at 7:56pm
They’ve slain my brothers
Now there is no one left
I don’t understand how,
They are going to be fed
They’ve spoiled my sisters
Not a single virgin left
I don’t understand how,
They are going to swill
They’ve poisoned my children
Not a single blow is pure
I don’t understand how,
They are going to breathe
My father couldn’t bear this
He came closer to see well
Burning with wrath and flame
Vengeance would not be the same
My mother couldn’t bear this
She went away from them
When the darkest hours came
She became red, showing her rage
There’s only one person left
I
am. The last one to stand
These worms still don’t understand
Without us, they have no place to stand
The Stepmother
January 19, 2013 at 7:45pm
I was born to a mother
Not to mother that I have been raised
The mother who gave me birth
Left me even before my months became eight
I haven’t seen my mother
Or no memories of that time
Now I belonged to a step mother
I don’t know whether she’ll be fine
I haven’t taste of my first mother’s love
So I couldn’t compare my step mother’s love
She fed me, raised me, taught me well of course
But I failed to call her mother of my own
Thinking about what I've been through so far
Step mother didn’t let me go apart
She stayed with me all by her heart
Like she is my own mother after all
It’s time for me to choose
To go search for my real mother
Or to stay with the other mother
I thought for a while
My real mother left me
Even though she gave me birth
Step mother raised me
Even though she didn’t give me birth
Can’t accept the both
I have to select one
I have chosen my step mom
And considered as my own mom
The Vengeance of Love
December 31, 2012 at 12:15pm
World at war
Fighting all for gold
Killing each other
For nothing
Religions apart
Nations assault
Contagious vast
Dividing
Take a look around
From where you stand on the ground
How many brothers and sisters
Had died
For the past few decades
And hundreds of years
Haven’t we fought,
For the same?
All the young one in tears
And the women who sheered
Was it fun if it was your ones,
Who you cared?
Is it the pride,
Is it the gold,
Is it the land,
What you are seeking?
May be it is time
To think for a while
Whether we can pack it all
And carried to the next life?
They killed my brother
They raped my sister
This is not a cause
For an excuse
Even a mighty giant
Once a cute little child
Teach them once they ripe
Vengeance of love
Like a lovely rose
Which grows with thorns
It is still a rose
Unless you grab it by the toes
