Sweet Juices from Fruit
Love, what is this thing,
Known in absolute form,
Children from mothers,
Effortlessly it flows,
Like a river, to a waterfall,
Magnificent in its force.
Love, what is this thing,
Known through support,
Between siblings, friends,
Closely knitted,
Deeply rooted than Laurentian
An abyss of nurturing.
Love, what is this thing,
Known in stunning advent,
Between man, woman,
Tears shine, hearts escalate,
Sweet, like juices of fruit,
Life changing.

Yearn for Peace
I cry, because
I’m sad, and
Life is hard.
Everything
I want is so far.
I cry, because,
the walls around me
Are closing in,
There doesn’t seem
to be an opening.
I cry, because,
No matter what
Tomorrow brings,
Today is here, and
My heart, it rings
With Sadness,
I yearn for peace.

Silver Tears
Silver tear glides down
Soft brown skin
Scorching and smooth
Passionate caress of pain,
Turn to sparkling dust
Enchant the night
Inside the dark heart
And bring that
Silver light of joy.

Strains of Bird Song
Dance upon a shooting star,
Run along a silvery column of light,
Watch the colorful meteor shower,
Embrace the strains of bird song in the distance,
Love for all you’re worth,
Accept that, which you cannot change,
Don’t hate for it will mar your soul,
And live your life as full as you can.

Magic of life
Music
Comes from the soul,
Comes from the heart,
The depths of life,
Signifies emotions,
Defines the mechanism
Of life and living,
Oh, music is the beginning,
The end, the middle,
Of everything that I know,
Darkness shall befall,
Any lifetime that exists,
Without a melody,
Let no one suffer such
An ominous tragedy.
Oh, hear me all you patrons,
Love it, and embrace it,
for it is beautiful.
Music, the magic of life.

Pistachio Ice cream
Green eyes full of beauty
Bring thoughts of
my favorite pistachio
Ice cream.
Green eyes like jade,
Bring thoughts of
my favorite stone
to date,
Green eyes full of life
Bring thoughts of
the sea green color
of the ocean.
Green eyes like mother earth
Capture my heart
Fill me with such delight
that I live only for you.

Season of Orange
As the summer ends, and fall begins,
Everything changes, it’s hard to bend.
The leaves will fall, after color change,
Thus the season of orange and sage,
Soon to begin, a new tide of year,
Four months, a change of ear,
Time moves so fast,
Yester year is here.

Mighty Dreams
For those who dream,
In days and nights,
Those dreams they carry,
I hope they’re might,
It takes a great fight,
To make them right,
Make sure you stand,
To the end, you’ll fight.
****
Sweet Desire to be Stronger
‘Tis strange to exist in a
Vacuum of non-productiveness,
Caught in the cup of utter
Despair and extinction
Holding so many dreams and
Wishes, the weight of them
Pushing you down, deep
Into an abyss of murky
Darkness.
The light so far away
Seems like
Eons of time
‘Til I surface,
I wish life
Different and
Manageable,
Ability without
Support,
Will break
Into piles of sand
Send strength to carry,
Through this loneliness,
Power to withstand the
Worst tortures a life can
Bring and unending struggles
For the next breath.
I wish to live
Through it with grace,
Hear my prayer,
O divine deity.

Vibrant Green
On a sunny day,
The sky so clear,
I retrace countless footsteps,
Along a path known to many,
Vibrant green colors around me,
Great trees,
Beautiful flowers,
Green fences,
Smiling neighbors and strangers,
My heart settles,
Filling with peace,
I walk home,
Peace settles
I can breathe again
Until the next time
****
Sweetly Short Days
Emotion,
Breaks the boredom life can be.
It makes you breath,
It makes you live,
It shortens days
Lengthens them,
It makes you hurt,
Laugh, cry, smile,
It takes you places;
Brings places to you.
It makes you,
It can break you.
Memories come by emotion,
Remember what you feel,
Embrace your emotions.
