Boston to meet Jasper’s girlfriend. After that, we’re off to Philly to see Elan receive an award for the highest score in his entire pre-Law class. Families are funny things. Everybody has different needs, desires and dreams. And yet, the love we have is so intense, that we all pull together to make it happen for everybody. I started this blog because I was being forced by my therapist. In the midst, I have been married, and have raised two wonderful sons. My work is doing better than I ever imagined. But it’s really being a mom that has made our lives good. Any mother knows what I mean.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Ruth McLeod-Kearns was born in Colorado, but spent most of her life in California. She is a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Trauma.
It was always her dream to become a writer, and in 2009, she pursued that dream following a work-related foot injury that ended her nursing career.
Ruth currently lives in Central California with her wife, Kate, and her three sons living close by. She studied at the UCLA School of Writing and is currently a full-time author.
