days off to stay with Lynda.
The second day, Lynda was up and about. She took the bandage off and was amazed at how much better her face already looked. Tasha came home from school and really doted on her mother.
The two weeks went by quickly and Lynda’s face healed well, no infection. She put the creams on that the doctor had given her, and her face looked nearly as good as new. With make-up she looked fine.
She went back to work and immediately had a run-in with Bobby. It seemed that Bobby was somewhat jealous of Lynda’s popularity in the office and his reduced fame, which meant he was low man on the pole at least in popularity.
There was a report that they received, which said that one of the FBI’s ten most wanted terrorist was vacationing in the Bahamas with his entire family. He was wanted dead or alive. The problem was, he had seven brothers with him and they all looked alike. He and two of his brothers could have been triplets, they looked so much alike.
Tom absconded an older woman from another team. She would go with Wayne. Her name was Marcia. Ted and Lynda would be a couple, and Bobby and Marilyn would be a couple. The three couples were to leave immediately.
Lynda left Tasha with her mother, and knew that Tasha would be fine. She loved her grandmother very much.
The three couples flew to Grand Bahama Island, and found a crate there with all their weapons. Even One-Shot’s sniper rifle was included. Lynda was given her thirty-eight and an automatic machine pistol. She was given a three-eighty pocket pistol which she could carry in everything except her bikini.
She wore the white bikini out and she was the center of a lot of attention. The terrorist’s family was easily to spot by their method of dress. The women were covered head to foot even with veils over their faces. The men wore swimsuits. Lynda noticed that they were very hairy men. They had not shaved in a very long time. When the eight men would go to the ocean, a long train of people would follow them. The kids were allowed to go in the water with their fathers. The women would walk in the surf, just getting their feet wet.
Lynda swam down toward the group and pretended to ignore them.
One of the brothers, said, “Hello, gorgeous.”
She pretended to ignore him. He added. “Well I guess sex is out of the question!”
Lynda went up to him and said, “You got that right, you jerk.”
One of the other brothers swam up to her. “Don’t mind him. He is crazy.”
Lynda kept her left hand in the water so that he would not see the wedding ring.
She swam off before anything else was said. She was amazed at how much the brothers did look alike. They were all different heights.
Lynda went back to her room, chastised herself, and took her rings off. Ted was asleep on the bed. She jumped on top of him, and let her wet hair hang in his face. He grabbed her and rolled her over. She playfully wrestled with him for a good fifteen minutes.
That evening she went to dinner by herself, when one of the Arab brothers came up to her and said, “Hi!” She was certain that he was the “nice” one. She offered him a seat and he sat down across from her. He struck up a conversation with Lynda, and she could not imagine him being the terrorist. He told her, “I have been looking for someone to have some fun with and just so you know, I am single, and I am the youngest of my brothers.”
Lynda responded simply, “Me too!”
“By the way,” he said, “my name is Abdullah, and I would love to meet you at the lounge tonight.”
Lynda agreed. “Sounds like fun, Abdullah. I will be there about nine o’clock.”
At eight-thirty, Ted went to the lounge and found Wayne and Marcia were there. Bobby and Marilyn would show up later. Ted was at the bar, minding his own business.
At nine o’clock Lynda went in the bar and looked around. The Arab was already there. She found a lone table and sat down. He came up and set down with her. Ted swung around and with his mini camera, took a series of pictures of his wife and the man. He left the bar and went back to his room to download the pictures and get them sent back to Dallas.
Abdullah said, “You are a beautiful woman. What are you doing here alone?”
Lynda said, “It is spring break. I come here every year. I go to college in Dallas.”
Abdullah asked, “What is your major?”
Lynda had no idea what her major might be, so she said, “Why all the questions? Why don’t you tell me something about yourself?”
Abdullah told her about his family and his seven brothers. He told her where they all worked. He told her about his sisters and that none of them were married. Then he went into a long dissertation about his mother, and how his father had been killed in the war. He did not seem upset about his father being dead. In fact, he showed little emotion about anything.
He bought Lynda several drinks, then asked her to dance. They danced several fast dances, and she realized that he was a very good dancer. He had a lot of rhythm.
She saw Ted come back in, but ignored him. Then Abdullah asked her to go for a swim. Lynda said that she had to get her suit, and Abdullah said, “Just go in your panties.” She made a quick decision and decided to go as he asked.
They walked out to the ocean and down the beach to a place where it was not so bright. Abdullah held her hand. At the water they both began to undress. Lynda looked back up the beach and saw Bobby and Marilyn walking along the ocean. She did her best to keep Abdullah busy. She took her shirt off but left her bra on. She had his full attention. She took her slacks off and left her panties on. He could not keep his eyes off her.
Lynda ran out into the surf. Abdullah dropped his pants and underwear and went in completely naked. She ran from him, but he caught her and picked her up and swung her around like a little girl. He was incredibly strong. He raised her up and grabbed at her panties; she grabbed his long beard and yanked downward. He was laughing but let go of her, and felt his beard. He said, “Damn, woman, you nearly pulled my beard out.”
Lynda said, “Look, we will get along fine, but you leave my panties and bra alone, got it?”
He said, “Yes, ma’am!”
They ran along the surf and he chased her some more. He grabbed her and kissed her hard. Lynda fought him off. She said, “Look, sailor, take it easy. You are hurting me.”
He stopped and said, “I am sorry. It has been so long since I have been with a woman.”
Lynda saw Ted on the beach. She could tell that he was not happy. He saw her look at him. He nodded: this was the one, the terrorist.
Lynda pranced to the beach and put her shirt back on. She slid her pants on and put her sandals back on. Abdullah was standing there completely naked, staring at her. He said, “You are a hell of a woman. I could marry you.”
Lynda laughed at him. “Me, marry you? That is ridiculous.”
He stopped smiling. “You don’t like me?”
“I like you, I don’t love you!”
He started putting his pants on. He got dressed and he said, “Let’s go back to the lounge!”
She flipped her hair around, being as sexy as she knew how. She said, rather flippantly, “Okay!”
They walked back to the lounge. He bought her another drink. He said, “Meet me on the beach tomorrow?”
She said, “I will think about it!”
He was flustered. “You American girls, you are nothing but teasers.” And he walked away from her.
She had pushed him too far. “Damn!” Lynda said to herself.
She made sure that she was not followed, and she went to her room. Ted was sitting on the bed fuming. “I do not like you with another man; this is not going to work!”
She was tender. “Honey, I love you! It’s just a job, nothing else!” She went and showered. When she got out, Ted was waiting on her.
“I saw him kiss you and I wanted to kill the bastard,” Ted said.
“I saw you watching, but I had to
play the part,” Lynda replied. “You know he speaks English like an American, no accent.”
“You just be careful around him. I don’t trust him as far as I can throw his fat mama,” Ted said.
“I will be careful,” Lynda said. “I am counting on you watching my back.”
“I will be there if you need help, don’t worry.” Ted was adamant.
The next morning Lynda was up early. She went to the restaurant, and the Arabs were there eating. They had pulled a number of tables together.
Abdullah came over to her. “Please, come eat with us?”
Lynda looked at all the women. She said, “Why are the women hidden?”
“It is our custom. Please, come sit with us. I want you to meet my family.” He was adamant.
She picked up her tray and moved to his table. Abdullah introduced all his brothers. They did not stand up. All the women were at the other end of the table with the children. She asked Abdullah, “Would I have to wear something like that?”
“Only if you convert to Islam.”
Lynda ate her breakfast. All the brothers had questions about America. Only Abdullah did not ask one.
She looked up. One of the brothers winked at her; she looked back at her plate. She stood up and excused herself and took her tray to the disposal area.
Abdullah was right behind her. He said, “I will walk you back to your room!”
She said, “No, my family, they would not understand.”
“What,” he asked, “that you are with an Arab man?”
Lynda said, “Yes, my father, he would not approve.”
“What if we got
