She wanted him to shut up, unless it was dirty talk, and just let this roll on out the way it was always meant to. When she tried to flick her tongue against the underside of his cock, he slowed his strokes, catching on to her plan.
“Oh, no, you don’t.” He grinned. “Don’t worry. We’re going to give you all the cock you can possibly suck, too, but I need to fuck you first. And I’m gonna fuck you.”
Delta picked up the speed and force of his strokes, spreading her legs a little wider, which was just enough to allow his body to rub against her now swollen clit at the bottom of every stroke.
Another orgasm slipped through her, making her moan.
Juju eased his cock deep into her throat, quieting her, holding it there, smiling down at her. “Yeah,” he whispered. “Just like that. You won’t ever want to look at another man, baby. I promise. Just like we won’t ever want to look at another woman.”
Delta slowed his strokes but kept up the force, driving hard into her on each thrust and withdrawing achingly slow. “Going to learn every inch of your body,” he whispered. “Going to memorize it so that any time we want to make you come, we can do it right.”
They were already doing a pretty good job of that.
She felt another tremor wash through her.
Make that a damn fine job.
“She just came again,” Juju gasped as he eased his cock out of her throat again.
“I know.” Delta smiled down at her. “I wish I could do this all night but it feels too damn good and I want to bust a nut…right…now.” He punctuated each word with a hard, driving thrust, groaning as he buried his cock deep inside her and filled her with his juices.
Breathing hard, he carefully lowered her legs and leaned forward. Juju pulled his cock from her mouth and Delta kissed her, tongue fucking her. “Baby,” he purred, “don’t know how many years we’ll have together, but I swear we’ll make them as good as we can. Love you so fucking much.”
“Love you, too.”
The men switched places, Juju taking up the exact same position Delta had used. He smiled down at her. “Love you, baby.”
She smiled. “Shut up and fuck me, sarge.” She gasped as he did just that, his steely cock easily filling her, bottoming out inside her.
“Like that, baby?”
“Yeah, like that.”
Delta cupped her breasts, tweaking her nipples with his thumb and fingers, kissing her to muffle her cries of pleasure as Juju managed to fuck one more out of her.
Between the long-ass day and the excitement, she was starting to fade, and the men sensed it.
“Think you’ve had enough, baby?” Juju asked her.
She nodded.
“Then just one more,” the men teased in unison.
Delta bent his head to her left nipple, sucking it into the wet heat of his mouth as his hand rolled her right nipple between his fingers.
That did it. On that note, she slipped over the edge one last time, much to their pleasure. Juju picked up the pace, fucking her hard, fast, driving her up the bedroll until, finally, his cock exploded and he added his load to her pussy.
Delta moved out of the way, stretching out on her left side. Dropping her legs, Juju leaned in and kissed her, deeply, stroking her cheek with his hand.
“Love you forever, sweetheart,” he whispered.
“Forever,” Delta echoed.
“Believe me,” she finally managed, “I’m going to hold you both to that promise.”
As they lay there recovering, she closed her eyes, her body firmly and perfectly cocooned between their hard, warm forms.
Despite what she’d been through, the pain, the grief, she knew going forward she could deal with anything, as long as these two were by her side.
She damn sure wasn’t going anywhere unless it was with them.
They were her future, and she would follow them any- and everywhere they went.
Forever.
Chapter Twenty-Seven
Shasta stared out over the Gulf. It looked…different, somehow, from this direction. The beaches were similar to Texas beaches, but…it was still different. Felt different. Even the air felt different. Smelled different.
Wasn’t a bad observation, just something she noted. She’d been back with her men for three days, and it was the first day she’d awakened before them and didn’t have either a cock or a tongue already deep in her pussy by the time she opened her eyes.
Admittedly there were far worse ways to wake up, but she sensed the three of them finally working the franticness out of their systems.
It felt good to feel settled.
Juju walked up with coffee for her and after handing her the mug draped an arm around her waist. He nibbled on the back of her neck.
“Love you, baby,” he whispered.
“How long do we have here?”
“We need to rotate back to Atlanta in a few days.”
She turned. “Then I get separated from you two again?”
He smiled. “Nope. Papa wants you up there with Lima, working with him.”
“But what about Pandora and Scooter?”
“They’re going to cycle back and forth. For now, they’ll get you up to speed down here. Once you know what’s going on, we’ll head back up.”
“This is like a dream.”
“More like a fairy tale,” Delta sleepily said in that sexy purr of his. He walked out, shorts and shirtless, a mug of coffee in hand.
“Aren’t you chilly?” She’d pulled on sweats and a sweater. Sure it was warm by normal standards, but the low 60s were still a little nippy for her.
Delta shrugged as he walked over for a morning kiss. “Been in a lot worse.” He planted a kiss on her lips that curled her toes and would require her changing her panties out sooner rather than later. “Don’t care, as long as you’re here.”
“We’ll get him, right?” she asked.
They nodded. “He is our next priority after the scientists solve Kite,” Delta said. “That has to come first.”
“I get it. I just want a crack at that fucker.”
“You ain’t the only one.” Delta pointed down the beach. “The line starts waaaay down thar thataway. A couple of miles back.”
She snorted as they both gave her a smile. Juju nibbled on the back of her neck. “There’s our beautiful girl. It’s good to see you smile.”
“This is the first Thanksgiving I’ve spent away from my parents,” she admitted. “I mean, sometimes they had to work, or I did, but at least we saw each other.”
“Papa said he’s got a plan for you. You’ll be able to call them later today. Technically, you’re not part of our unit. You’re off the books totally, so it’s not as big a risk.”
“Really?”
“Really really,” Delta said.
“If I pretend,” she softly said, “I can imagine he’s still away on deployment. That he’s not dead. That he’ll come home one day.”
Juju rested his chin on her left shoulder. “You do what you need to do to get by, sweetheart. It’s all right.”
“I’m still just so…angry. At Silo, but a little at Stu. That maybe if he’d tried harder or done something different, he wouldn’t have fallen into the trap. Which is stupid. He couldn’t help that he got hurt, and he didn’t mean or want to be an addict. He thought the drug was going to help him get better. Or at least be able to function. He wanted to be a better brother and son. And that just makes me even more angry.”
“Then channel that whenever you have doubts or miss your parents,” Delta said. “Use that to get you through.”
She turned and leaned against the railing, facing them. “What’s next, long-term?” she asked. “Assuming Kite is vanquished and we kill or otherwise get rid of Silo.”
The men exchanged an adorable glance before looking at her and shrugging. It was hard to believe they hadn’t been super-close friends for decades. They were nearly twins in a lot of ways.
“That’s up to you,” Delta s
aid. “Once we are no longer beholden to the US of A military, we belong only to you.”
Juju nodded.
Aww. They couldn’t have said anything more perfect if they’d tried. “What about your families?” she asked.
“My dad was military,” Juju said. “He’s not expecting me to hover over them. He’s expecting me to do my duty and live my life.”
Delta shrugged. “You two are my family,” he quietly said. “You two, and this group of…monkeys.” The corner of his mouth quirked in a smile. “I’m hoping we get to meet your parents.”
“Yeah. That might be hard to explain to them, but I’m not giving you two up.”
“I could handle living in post-Silo Houston,” Juju said, looking at Delta.
Delta nodded. “Wherever she wants is fine with me.”
She pulled them in for a hug. “I guess we have a while to decide that yet,” she said, comforted by their solid presence. “I just need to monkey up and focus on the job at hand.”
The men snickered.
“What?” she asked.
Delta grinned. “You can get us two monkeys up, that’s for sure.”
* * * *
Ax had left before dawn. Only Omega bid him good-bye, leaving him with a warning.
“Be careful, watch your six, and don’t trust anyone. Not even her.”
“I have to do this.”
“I know. I don’t agree with it, but Bubba told us this is what has to happen.”
“I’m going to try to come back.”
“If you do, you come back the long way around. We taught you a lot. Remember everything we taught you.”
Including they’d given him four po-clo boluses, pre-loaded.
If he and Mary were captured, it’d be better to use them instead of…
He tried not to think about the pictures Lima and the others had forced him to look at. How Scooter’s roommates had been systematically tortured, dismembered while alive before shock and blood loss likely finally killed them.
The pile of fingers and toes, not even whole ones, but taken off at each knuckle, like they’d used a pair of bolt cutters or something on them.
The way their flesh had been flayed from them.
He swallowed back the bile trying to rise in his throat.
“I will. I promise.”
Omega extended a hand to him and Ax shook with the man. He felt tiny compared to Omega’s bulk and height. Not even the comforting and now-familiar weight of the nine in its holster along his back helped overcome that perceived deficiency when standing in Omega’s shadow.
“Be safe.”
“Thanks. You, too. Good luck.”
“We make our own luck. Just like you now have to make yours.”
He started to step toward the small car Omega had gotten him, but then the man reached out and touched Ax’s shoulder, making him turn.
“Just because we like you, doesn’t mean if we find you on the wrong side that we won’t kill you.”
“If you find me on the wrong side, I’ll already be dead from my own hand,” he said.
Omega nodded. “Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.”
Ax got into the car and left, heading west for a while. Before dawn on Thanksgiving morning, the air felt crisp and cold, sharp, slicing through any gap in clothing. Not quite ice weather, but near enough. The cloudless sky overhead meant the temps had dropped overnight, but there wasn’t enough humidity in the air and no precipitation to slick the salted roads over.
He drove carefully, alert.
Aware.
Well aware.
Only once he was nearly twenty miles from the safe house did he turn to the north and start his wide circle around. He would be coming at the city from the northeast when he finally drew close.
At eleven o’clock, he pulled into the parking lot and shut off his engine. The restaurant was doing a brisk business today, which sort of surprised him. He’d spent a lot of holidays working and hadn’t realized so many people went out to eat on Thanksgiving.
As ordered, he sat on a bench just inside the doorway and waited.
Nearly an hour later, a figure entered the lobby and approached him. Swathed in a long winter coat, her face and hair mostly concealed by a blue scarf and matching knit cap, she stopped in front of him.
He stared up at her before standing.
When she unwound her scarf and gave him a smile, he let out a sigh of relief and gladly hugged her.
“I’m so glad you’re safe,” he whispered. “I was so worried about you Mo-Mary. I meant Kali.”
She didn’t let go of him, but she did look up into his face. “If you want to call me Mom, I’d like that.”
He blinked away his tears, nodding. “I’d like that.”
She gave him another smile. “I always wanted someone to call me Mom.” Hooking her arm through his, she led him toward the hostess station. “Now, lunch today is on me. No arguing. All right?”
He couldn’t help it. He tightly hugged her coat-clad arm against him. “Okay, Mom. Thank you.”
She turned to the hostess. “Two, please. Me and my son.”
The hostess looked around and then grabbed two menus after marking off her sheet. “Right this way.”
Kali leaned in close. “This is the best Thanksgiving ever.”
He nodded. “Mine, too.”
