He stares at him.
“How can a baby talk? That’s ridiculous.”
He gives a soft laugh.
“You want to say Jesus is the son of God, perhaps even God, never sure what your belief is regardin’ that, but you find it… ridiculous… that he spoke as a baby.”
He shakes his head.
“Jesus is known as the Spirit of God in Islam. He was created the same way Adam was created. By God’s word Be. And he is still only a man. God’s majesty is far above human things like havin’ children.”
He mutters something under his breath.
Shakes his head again.
Stares at John.
“If Allah honors Mary in the Quran, it’s because she was a chaste, faithful, pious woman that feared Allah much. When she was told that she was with child, she accepted it and brought the child into the world, against all odds. No Joseph and most certainly no room at the in. She was all alone, in the middle of the desert, only with God as her helper.”
“Exactly…”
“And unlike the Catholics, we do not pray to Mary or see her as divine. She is simply a woman that was favored by Allah and that is that.”
He looks at his watch, then back at John.
“Jesus was indeed a mercy; a mercy to the Jews. They however rejected him. In Islam we are told that Jesus prayed that he would like to be amongst the people of Mohammad, peace be upon him. Allah heard and answered his prayer, raised him up to heaven and he will be sent back, to be among the people of Mohammad, peace be upon him. With those that surrender to God’s will, the Muslims. He will come to destroy the anti-christ. As he breathes, the enemy will drop dead.”
He wants to turn, but continues.
“Jesus said that he cannot tell us everythin’, but one will come that will tell us all. He was referrin’ to…”
“The Holy Ghost.”
He interrupts.
Andrew shakes his head.
“When did the holy ghost come to explain things to us? No. He was referrin’ to Mohammad.”
He looks at his watch again.
“As for our works that gets us into heaven. That couldn’t be more wrong. Allah explicitly tells us that it is only by His mercy that we will enter heaven. Perhaps our works will determine the position we are blessed with, but they play no role in our enterin’ heaven. We also do not know which of our good deeds Allah will accept, nor which bad deeds He will hold us accountable for.”
John wants to say something.
Andrew gestures enough with his hand.
“With that, I wish you peace. Despite all of what you say and your attitude towards me, know that you’ll always have a friend in me.”

“The news is really biased. What about that Chinese dude and his dream?”
She throws her hands in the air as she says ‘his dream’.
He smirks.
Then smiles.
“The one where the Capital, Los Angeles and the other gets blown up? New York.”
“Yes. Why put a dream on the news anyway?”
Claire stares at Matthew confused.
“Because…”
He clenches his fist.
“I wish you would accept the truth, Claire.”
He takes a deep breath and tries to relax.
Getting excited with Claire has only proven to make her clam up more. All of this was really hard for her to accept.
She moved to America from England, because she believed that it was the best country in the world.

And now only to hear all of this.
“It’s not only biased, it is entirely scripted… all made to bring you to a desired outcome… their outcome. And of course it somehow is always aimed at makin’ Islam out to be the enemy.”
She looks at him, continues to listen.

“Yes, but…”
He interrupts.
“Same as they did with 9/11. Two or three months before the actual kite attack, they had that movie with many scenes shot in the cockpit of the plane. It shows how the plane flies into the trade center. If that is not enough to convince you, then I don’t know what will.”
