answer. He was going to have his people set free from slavery no matter what it took. So the Lord God went to work once again. It was nothing short of a miracle once again. The power of God had been transferred into the rod of Moses, his obedient servant. All Moses had to do was obey the will and promptings of the Lord God of heaven. Moses knowing the rod of Almighty God was in his fragile hands was at peace. He knew that whatever the Lord God Almighty desired to do he would do it through the rod held in his human hands. Moses gave the Rod of God to his brother Aaron and he threw it onto the ground in front of Pharaoh and the entire congregation. The Rod of God turned into a venomous viper as it had done previously at the burning bush. Pharaoh however was not intimidated by Moses’ deed of magnificence. The Egyptians had sorcery and magic of their own to display. Then Pharaoh called the wise men and sorcerers. So the magicians of Egypt also did in like manner with their enchantments. Every man cast down his rod and they became serpents but the Rod of God swallowed up and ate their rods, totally devouring them.

Pharaoh’s heart became outraged and hardened at the sight of this and he became even more adamant not to let the children of Israel go. It was the beginning of ten mighty deeds that brought plagues upon the entire nation of Egypt. God spoke unto Moses and said unto him, “I am the Lord your God. Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh. With the might of my strong hand he will let you go and he will drive you out of the land forever. I will deliver my people from under the burdens of the Egyptians. I will rid out their bondage and I will redeem them with my outstretched arm and great power.”

By this time the children of Israel were broken. Their spirits were in anguish from the harsh and cruel bondage. Slavery had taken such a toll on them that they had no confidence or vision of freedom. A long spell of slavery has a tendency to shatter a man’s hope and dreams. We angels are often sent to minister hope and encouragement to men and women to uplift their faith by delivering the word of the Lord to them in its season. They were so broken for so long that they refused to listen to the God's words spoken by Moses. So the Lord God began to multiply his signs and wonders in the Land of Egypt by stretching out his hand with great judgements. It was awesome for me and the other angels to behold. God Almighty arose as a man of war against the mighty Egyptians. A fire went before him and destroyed all his enemies round about. It was the beginning of Pharaoh’s darkest nightmare and the end of his sovereign dynasty. The ten plagues of God hit Egypt one after another in quick succession.

Moses gave his brother Aaron the Rod of God again and he stretched it out over the waters of Egypt. He then struck the water that was in the river in the presence of Pharaoh and in the sight of all the Kings servants. Immediately all the streams, rivers, ponds, and the pools were turned into blood. Even the waters in the vessels of wood and stone in the Egyptians homes were turned into blood. All the fish in the river died and the river stank. The Egyptians could not drink the water from the river and there was blood throughout the entire land of Egypt. The magicians of Egypt could fabricate the miracle by turning water into blood but they were unable to reverse the process. After seven days the waters were restored back to their original state.

Moses once again went to Pharaoh, King of Egypt and said, “Thus says the Lord God. Let my people go that they may journey into the wilderness and worship me there with sacrifices. If you refuse to let them go then I will smite all the borders with plagues.” Pharaoh once again refused to obey the word of the Lord. So one by one a plague of God hit Egypt like a domino effect. After the waters were turned into blood then came the plague of frogs. After that came the plague of flies. After that all the cattle in the fields got sick and died. After that a plague of boils broke out on both men and cattle. After that heavy hail came with thunder, lightning and rain. After that came the plague of locusts. After that came thick darkness throughout the land of Egypt. Yet not a single plague touched the land of Goshen where the children of Israel dwelt.

Gabriel and his legion of angels encircled the land of Goshen and built a spiritual hedge of protection around it. After all nine plagues Pharaoh continue to be hard at heart and as stubborn as a mule. He refused to relent and let Gods chosen people go. His men of magic were able to fabricate each and every plague performed by the Lord God. The gods of Egypt were also able to perform these mighty deeds. Yet they were unable to reverse them which angered Pharaoh. God Almighty had exerted authority over the Egyptian gods with the plagues. As a sledge hammer would shatter a rock and crush it into fine powder so would the final plague crush Egypt? But first God had to prepare the hearts and homes of his people.

They took a lamb without spot or blemish for the redemption of their families. They sacrificed a year old lamb and by faith. With hyssop they applied its blood by painting it on the door posts. So when the time came for the Angel of Death to make himself manifest, he would see the blood of the lamb painted upon the door posts and he would pass them by. That night I saw the Angel of Death leave the throne room of Almighty God. His mission was simple. Kill every first-born in every house that has not been painted with the blood of the lamb. Egypt awoke to the sound of weeping and gnashing of teeth. Their cries were heard throughout the entire land of Egypt. The death of the first born was the final straw that broke the back of the King of Egypt. Not a single Egyptian house went unpunished.

“Get out,” he said to Moses, “take your people with you and go.” In one single night a powerful dynasty came crashing down. The children of Israel each took the plunder of their Egyptian neighbours and followed after Moses their leader. Their slavery was over and a new day had dawned upon the nation of Israel as they saw the army of Egypt drown behind them in the Red Sea. They left the land of Egypt rejoicing, singing and praising God as Miriam led them in the dance and sang with the tambourine. The Lord God gave Moses blueprints from heaven to establish a priestly order and to build a tabernacle in the wilderness. He gave him many laws and ordinances for them to follow including the Ten Commandments written on the tablets of stone.

We angels had a bird’s eye view of the camp of the children of Israel from the throne room of God Almighty. Once all the tribes had camped in their allotted places they formed a spectacular pattern of a cross on the desert floor. Yet a greater delivered and redeemer would one day emerge. He would be a prophet greater and mightier than Moses. He also would one day set the children of God free from their slavery. He would establish a greater priestly order through the cross of Calvary.

David, a New Breed of King. #14

In my lifetime since the day that I was created by the Lord God to be the leader of the warriors of heaven, I Michael have seen many earthly kingdoms rise and many earthly kingdoms fall. I’ve seen nations rise and I’ve seen nations fall. I’ve seen Kings rise and I’ve seen Kings fall. Men will rise and men will fall. In my eternal lifetime I have seen many people rise in glorious splendour and many people fall in disgusting disgrace. They were boldly here today and simply gone with the wind tomorrow. Yet there was a young boy who through him an eternal kingdom would be established on the Earth according to the pattern of the kingdom in heaven.

This young boy, like me was fearless and tenacious in battle. I like tenacity in a man especially when he goes out to battle against a foe that is far more superior than he is, both in strength and in size. It reminds me of the rebellion in heaven when I stood toe to toe in a vile battle with Lucifer. His radiant beauty was far beyond that of mine yet my strength and hope was in the Lord. So I stood my ground with all the other stars of heaven and waged war with all my might. We were fearless and tenacious in battle like young David was. He was a young rejected shepherd boy who was born in iniquity and therefore f
aced extreme rejection by his brothers. Yet he had an understanding of the miracle of conception. He knew that God had formed him in his mother’s womb like God had formed Adam out of the Ground.

One day I heard him proclaim, “You Oh God formed me and knitted me together in the depths of the earth when I was in my mother’s womb.” He claimed that he was perfectly and wonderfully made. He knew how beautifully God Almighty had made him when he was conceived. He understood that the hand of God skilfully formed and crafted him when he lay innocently in his mother’s womb. He was ruddy yet handsome in appearance. As a young boy he learnt the valuable art of being a good shepherd by tending his father’s sheep. He was the son of Jesse of the royal kingly tribe of Judah, the royal tribe through whom the golden thread of blood was weaving its way down through the ages of time. This royal bloodline was like a perfectly woven tapestry decorating the wall with its beauty and splendour.

Like Joseph this young man went through his seasons of preparation. He had to serve the divine seasons set
