Read Little Cutie Poems Page 3

Everything is just fine they say

Though times for me are still going tough

This economic growth is pretty rough

Lines for bread at the store are quickly growing

But they say progress isn’t slowing

So who am I supposed to believe

My eyes or the mouths on TV?

On the beach in the sand

  After a short run

  Enjoying a bottled water

  A man walks by

Not that I meant to be looking

But I see his shorts riding low

Passed the point of no return

And so I know he has shaved his mane

A lion dressed as a lioness

  Because he's heard somewhere

That it's the right thing to do

  When the sun is rising

And all the thoughts are new

We wait around for them to change

  Because that’s what people do

First they come and tell you

  This and that to say

Then they come and take you

  To use another day

You listen well to the sounds

  This and that is true

But no one knows what’s going on

  We don’t have a clue

  Oh fuck we’re all dying

  Oh shit we’re almost dead

Oh whoops it’s all your fault

You’re the first to lose your head

  I'm addicted to fun

  And all the comes

High scores are to be made

  Whether it be

  A screen or a tree

  My daily regiment

  Let's go somewhere quiet

  Somewhere to be alone

  We can hold hands there

  And feel lonely together

  Inflation doesn't exist they say

Ask your parents what they paid in their day

Ask your grandparents how it used to be

Tell your children what it's like to be free

Can't find me that special one

Or at least the one I'd like

  Been around the town before

  Seen the same old things

  Tattoos and piercings and some

Rocks are hanging from their chests

None of them seem to fit

  We're drinking shots after midnight

  Someone's telling me

  To start a fight

While the others like to play

Shy or don’t like to talk

None of them seem to fit

  There was once someone

  I thought could be

  Mine but I

  Was just using again

  My wicked imagination

  Nothing turns it off

  Death is the only solution

  Nothing ever turns it off

  Universal revolution

On a dark and dreary moonless night

The boy prepares for his final fight

Though he knows not that it will be his last

As he bites his gloves to tie them fast

He had long since said goodbye

To those he loved and they wondered why

Without a glance or a look behind

He had wandered off with something to find

Alone he took to the barren streets

  Determined to accomplish amazing feats

But found nothing more than back street brawls

He clenched his fists, "I'll beat them all!"

His first opponent went down with a thud

The next was defeated with his face in the mud

It seemed that the boy had found what was missing

He felled his foes and the crowds came kissing

So then it came time to take up the stage

To fight bears of men while trapped in a cage

The others had told him he'd never be ready

But he held his head high and his arms were steady

The beast he would fight had killed three men

They said he'd been raised in a lion's den

But the boy came too far to turn back now

And he had nothing left to lose anyhow

At the crash and the clang of the first bell ringing

The boy charged forward and started swinging

One by one they traded blows

The audience lifted up on their toes

They ooh'd and ahh'd at each landing hit

No one in the entire theater could sit

It was the greatest fight they'd ever seen

Between a full grown man and a boy just eighteen

As the rounds moved on the man gained ground

His fists had a target that they easily found

While the boy swung wildly into the air

If they found the man's body the boy didn't care

No one could verily understand why

The boy continued forward with two swollen eyes

He had something left in himself to prove

Though his arms and legs could not barely move

The boy smiled a bloody and beaten grin

"If that's all you got, I'm going to win."

This sent the lion man into a rage

"I'll teach you how to act your own age!"

It was then that the crowd started looking away

They couldn't stand this horrid display

"Just go down you fool!" They yelled to the boy

But the blood and the pain were what brought him joy

Flesh and bone met again and again

It seemed that the boy had reached his end

But as the grown man started to tire

Inside of the boy there grew a fire

The audience couldn't believe what they saw

One punch from the boy smashed the old man's jaw

And down he went with a thunderous sound

And never again got up from the ground

As the audience cheered the young boy knew

That only one thing was left to do

The boy smiled and took his final breath

"I told you I'd beat you," and collapsed to his death

  Part 10

  What I’m hearing right now

  What I’m seeing

  What I’m living right now

  What I feel

  What I know

  What I think

  The moment

  The shadows

  The echoes

  The insight

  The glory

  The end

  Our hypocrisy democracy

  Run by the corporatocracy

  Creates an aristocracy

  An infinite bureaucracy

  Who really make a mockery

  Of the people they represent

  Don't remember falling asleep

  Can't remember dreaming

  I'm awakened by the alarm

Through the window light is beaming

  Don't remember where I was

  Can't remember my name

I'm all alone in this world

Please tell me its just a game

  Always tired

  Never sleep

  Never hungry

  Always eat

  Nothing's fun

  No where to go

  I think I'm done

  With this show

  There’s no snow

  In San Diego

  There’s no beach

  There’s no crime

  In all the cities

  There’s no speech

  There’s no rules

  For us to follow

  There’s no strife

  There’s no time

  For God to watch

  There’s no life

  Just emptiness

  In all the souls

  Just apathy

  Just blackness all around

  Just you and me

I have old dreams in new places

&
nbsp; I have old memories with new faces

Nothing new is said or done

  Just repetition back to one

I had a dream the other night

You were there but not quite right

Something was missing from your face

  Something different about that place

The thoughts repeating are nothing new

Remembering the days I spent with you

But something’s missing, not quite right

The skies have changed from day to night

  An endless string of repetition

  But without my personal recognition

Nothing new is said or done

Just counting down back to one

No one cares about the judges

  No one knows our names

No one talks about how we

  Play our little games

  You go to jail or

  You go free

  Your fate of late

  It's up to me

  Life is useless

  Life is pointless

  Let's get drunk

  The universe is big

  The universe is old

  Let's get baked

God doesn't talk to us anymore

Only through books that humans wrote

  Let's try some acid

It's all going to end one day

  The universe itself will die

  Let's take some E

  Everything will be forgotten

Even the best things in life

  Let's take some shrooms

  Music, art, love

  All for nothing

  Let's try crystal meth

  No one can tell us

  What it's like to die

  Let's snort some coke

  I'm just wasting time

Waiting for an answer that will never come

  Heroin heroin heroin

  Think about that future

  In which you love

  Everything that you do

  Everyone that you see

  Think about that future

  Where there is no need

  To sit and dwindle

  Over your misdeeds

  Think about that future

Where you won’t ever feel pain

Where you won’t ever feel weak

  Think about that future

Where you are able to die

  With nothing missing

  With nothing bleak

  Part 11

There are thinkers and doers in this world

  The thinkers try to control

The doers do what their told

  I haven't cleared my desktop

  For either months or weeks

  I can't delete the shortcuts

  They're making life look bleak

The person I want to be

The person the world wants to see

  Have never been so decidedly

  Opposed

  I doubt there's a cure

  For a feeling so pure

  It's such an allure

  But the meaning's obscure

  And I'm not sure

  How much more I'll endure

  Who you gunna blame?

  You blame the rampant immigration

  You blame the environmentalization

You blame the gods and then the men

But never blame the money my friend

  My misery is killing me

  It won’t let me be

  Who I want to be

  It won’t let me have

  What I want to take

  It won’t let me live

  For heaven’s sake

I want to write but I’ve nothing to say

No words to express or songs to play

No thoughts to share or feelings to reveal

So I’ll just keep running on this hamster wheel

Nothing really matters to us anyway

We’ve made up our minds before the start of the day

I say this as though you didn’t already know

There really is no limit to how low we can go

I’m going to travel and see Japan

I’m going to travel and see Brazil

I’ll go to the lowest depth

  And up the highest hill

  I’m going to study

  I’m going to speak

  I’m going to achieve

  What used to be bleak

  I’m going to live

  I’m going to feel

  I’ll have a home

  That I call real

  No not Mars

  I look forward

  Into the coming future

  I look forward to

  The coming rain

  I see behind

  Blinded by the brightness

  I change my mind

  I'll never look again

  Part 12

  One day, one year

  What's it mean to me?

The difference in the passing time

  I simply cannot see

  Remember those things

  You think you were thinking

  Remembering those beings

  Singing and drinking

  What I want

  I'll never obtain

  But I'll make sure

  You never attain

  A comfort level

  Higher than mine

  A happiness

  Of any kind

  The things I want

  Don't exist

  The things I hate

  Always persist

  The world I'll change

  To fit my view

  I'm deranged

  But so are you

  So let's go together

  And fix this mess

  Make something better

  And destroy the rest

  There was a time

  When I thought

  That everything would be okay

  There was a time

  When I thought

That everything would go my way

  But then I realized

  That this world

  Is not what it seems

  I realized one day

  I would never accomplish

  Those

  Which were my dreams

I fought and struggled as much as I could

  But nothing would turn out

  The way it should

  I started to give up

  On everything I held true

  But then you came along

  And made me start anew

There is no justice in this world

  There is no liberty

  No country or sovereign nation

  With people truly free

What they’ve taken from our hands

  Can never be repaid

  Their blackened beating soulless hearts

Shall feel our swords one day

For the weak and weary are too be feared

Those who have lost all hope

Those who have nothing left to save

  A society which cannot cope

  Just keep it going

  All the time

  Through every rhythm

  Every rhyme

  Don't let it go

  Though it's all for naught

  Don't make it stop

  It's all I got

Everyone wants to die you know

  It's all that's ever heard

  Onward to heaven we'll go

  Living just seems so absurd

  The pain is rather dull

  Residing in my skull

  As my heart sleeps alone

  Inside its empty hull

  The tears are somewhat bored

  But strike a distant chord

As I fell my lonely enemy

  United by my sword

  Part 13

What if Germany had not lost the war

The Nazis came knocking on everyone’s door

The German People had no remorse to show
>
As they sat in their houses all covered in snow

The American Asian Soviet Union as one

Couldn't stand up to the German gun

Their lands were covered with Swastika bases

Their newborn babies had white German faces

The structures were rebuilt in Albert Speer style

While tanks and planes still killed with a smile

All foreigners were sent to a camp in a robe

Until the German People finally conquered the globe

The new shows on television told them the lies

They believed what they saw with their very own eyes

The real story was lost in the sand forever

But the German People held their hands together

The old reasons were gone but new ones were found

To build a secret military base in the ground

The scientists worked so hard each day

To keep their own evil forces at bay

And so it happened that information escaped

  Videos revealed of children raped

Secret documents found of the unknown past

Until the truth was finally revealed at last

As the years went by the People started to see

That this Nazi World just couldn't be

Blonde and Blue with nothing to do

Day by day the resistance grew

As the Nazis tried to tighten their grip

More and more of the People began to slip

Shots fired at protesters in the World's Square

  Dead bloodied bodies scattered everywhere

The Nazis refused to change their goals

Fighting violence with even more violent souls

The People now hated what they once adored

The consequences of their actions grossly ignored

It was then that everyone began to jump ship

  A hyper-inflating Mark enforced with a whip

If you listened closely you could hear the sound

Of the German Empire coming crashing down

The fall of the Empire was good enough for some

But others wanted destruction and succumbed

To their desire for revenge and eternal hate

Their feelings for the Nazis would not abate

What if this time the bomb went to some other place

This time exploded on a German face

The man's picture painted all over the news

A degenerate soul with nothing to lose

So what will it take for us to learn?

To find this peace for which we yearn?

Must millions and billions more innocents die?

Before we reach that pie in the sky?

  There's only been one person

  That has always been there

  Been there

  For me

  Just me

  Content or angry or depressed

Who could have ever possibly guessed

  How one feeling would dominate

How a change in state would have to wait

I caught the last train to Tokyo

Because I've got no where else to go

I held the last person at the show

Because there's no one else I know

German is a pretty fun language

  Japanese is hard to read

  English won't go away

  Chinese will one day lead

  Gunna get so tan

  Gunna get so ripped

The little ladies they won't resist

  Gunna charm so hard

  Gunna say some lines

The young adults they'll all be mine

  Gunna make some cash

  Gunna rob the store

The old women always begging for more

  But I'll tell you what

  I'll let you know

  I've always just wanted

  To be alone

  I threw my happiness

  Down in a deep abyss

  An eternal bliss

  Whose chance I missed

  I see an angry face

  In mirrors every place

  A smile goes to waste

  Revenge craves a taste

  For I know not

  Which to be
