“I’ll have three tacos, no cheese, and a Pepsi, please.” The woman in the car began to pull money from her purse while she waited for her order.

Cindy made the tacos, Moe wrapped them, put them in a bag, and tossed it to Cliff who passed that and a cold Pepsi to the woman in the car. He collected the money and then the woman was off.

A green van pulled up to the window. “Hey, Cliff, how’s business?” It was Bill, the telephone repair man.

“Bill, it’s great to see you! Business is darned good. It has been nonstop since we opened. What can I get for you?”

“I’ll have four tacos with everything, and a Pepsi. I can’t wait to bite into one! Do you see the cars backed up behind me? You’re going to make a fortune!”

Cindy spooned the specially seasoned meat into the first taco shell, next adding chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. She slid the finished taco to Moe who wrapped it, slipped it into a paper bag and added a napkin and straw for the soda. They completed this elaborate dance three more times to complete Bill’s order and then handed it over to Cliff. Adding the cold Pepsi, Cliff gave the order to Bill and collected the money. “Let’s see – that’ll be $1.25.”

“Gosh, that’s a deal, guys. Thanks. I’ll see you later!”

“Okay, see you later,” Cindy said.

“Yep, I’ll be seein’ ya,” Moe said, waving.

“Thanks again and hurry back,” said Cliff.
