The Canadian team walked into the next room to group around the table. “Shit! Minister Kendall should have been here.” Harry looked from André to Paul. “Any suggestions?”

“We must speak openly of what I tell you, Harry. Better that we told Minister Kendall these things years ago.” André spoke emphatically. “Geoengineering by any nation or alliance has been an increasing risk. And now it happens. Now we have it here before us.”

  Harry said nothing.

“We contact the Minister immediately,” Paul said. “We give him the update André suggests. I would further recommend we judge his true reaction. From that, we interpret how he wants us to act.”

“Call him up on Holo-Skype. We need to read him face-to-face.”

“Also,” Paul said. “We must anticipate Minister Kendall’s contact with the Prime Minister’s office.”

“Absolutely, let’s keep developing that thought too,” Harry agreed. “For now, among us, we step back. We play the go between role, nothing more.” He looked at the other two. “Okay, here’s the Minister.”
