Chapter One: One night of passion
Dan Wells was Hickman County’s High School star quarterback and was close to graduating. Dan was the biggest player outside of sports if you know what I mean, and wasn't interested in being tied down by no girl. Marriage and a baby was the furthest thing on his mind. All he cared about was sports, and getting laid until Hickman County High's prettiest cheerleader Rhonda who was the most popular girl in school hooked up with Dan for a night of hot passion which led to an unwanted pregnancy, and a lot of shedding tears between both of them. Dan was looking forward to a full athletics scholarship to a college of his choice, but now that there was a baby staring them both in the eyes wanting their love, and attention all they both seen was how one moment in time destroyed their dreams of freedom. Abortion was discussed, but neither one had the guts to follow through with it. Their freedom that they both cherished was about to come to a screeching halt because they didn't enter the thought of using protection so now they both must suffer the consequences.
After the baby was born, and they both got jobs, and had a one bedroom apartment to raise their unwanted baby. They didn’t have a name for their little mistake because they were too busy blaming each other for the mistake which would ultimately change their lives and everyone around them. Heartaches and Hell was headed their way that they could never have imagined.
After weeks of blaming one another with tears of sadness they decided to give the baby a name which was not out of love. They named their new baby "Demon" because instead of taking the blame for their mistake they cast the blame on the baby for the mess they got their own selves into. Dan could barely hold down his job because he was so pissed off at Rhonda and the baby, he started drinking heavily to try, and drown out his problems, but drinking doesn't solve anything, but heartaches. Dan and Rhonda fought constantly, and the only way Rhonda could deal with the situation was with prescription drugs, another bad idea. Their baby was neglected on a constant basis and yelled at by them both.
As the baby got older, and was sent out in the cruel world to school, and having a name as Demon, this would only backlash on his parents, and everyone that teased, and called him names. Resentment for his parents was at an all-time high that when he became a teenager all the anger and frustration that he bottled up inside was going to be unleashed at a hellish level. For the coldness that his parent’s bestowed upon him he was going to make his parents or anyone that stood in his way pay.
Chapter Two: Up in flames
One night while his parents were sleeping Demon had all he could take, and decided to act on his frustrations of years of mental, and physical abuse that killing his parents was no option. Demon quietly walked outside to the shed to get a gas can and torch the house. Demon first went into his parent’s bedroom and carefully removed his father’s revolver from the dresser drawer as well as his wallet and keys to the car.
By doing this evil deed Demon will live up to the name his parents gave him.
Demon took the gas can upstairs to his parent’s bedroom, but was afraid they would wake up to see the flames, and try to escape so he took a pillow from his bedroom, and placed the pillow over each one of their heads to muffle the sound.
After he shot both parents in the head he poured gas all over their bodies, and struck a match, and as the flame on the match stick got higher Demon said "This is for all the Hell you caused me." Demon laughed, and tossed the match on the bed, and sat on a chair at the foot of the bed watching as the flames burned their flesh to the bone.
Demon got up from the chair and said "Now that there both out of the way, I can get on with my life, and I dare any one to rub me the wrong way because if they do they will burn for their actions just like my parents did."
Demon left his parent’s bedroom, and poured a trail of gas all the way down the stairs, and out the front door of the house then left the front door wide open, and struck a match then with a big smile on his face pulled out a cigarette, and took a couple puffs then tossed the half lit match onto the steps. Demon watched with excitement on his face as the fire burned the house to the ground.
Demon finished off his cigarette then dropped it to the ground, and got in his father’s car, and sped off down the road into a world that wasn't what it was cracked up to be.
Chapter Three: A Pyromaniac is born
Demon pulled his car into a small gas station to fill the car up when a man approached him and said "Hey man, could you spare a few dollars?"
Demon replied, "Get lost!"
The man pulled a knife out and demanded Demon hand over his wallet.
Demon said "Sorry, you aint getting my money that I had to kill for."
The man lunged at Demon with his knife.
Demon sprayed gas all over his body from the nozzle from the gas pump.
While the man was yelling at him Demon struck a match and the man's eyes widened.
Demon threw the lit match on the man's body got back in his car laughed and sped off down the country roads.
The owner ran out of his gas station to find out what was going on, but it was too late, Demon was long gone and the man lying on the ground next to one of the gas pumps was on flames screaming for help, but there was no saving the burning man. Then all of a sudden the gas pump next to the burning man exploded.
The owner of the gas station ran out in the road shaking his fist in the air saying, "I'll get you whoever done this."
As Demon was driving down the road he just realized he forgot to pay for his gas so he turned his car around and headed back to the gas station. Demon had no conscience about what happened back at the gas station. Most killers would have just kept driving, and said "Screw it! I aint paying nobody anything you hear."
Demon pulled up to the gas station, and the owner was standing at the front door of his station hoping someone would come by, and drive into town to bring the Sheriff back to the gas station, and have him investigate the murder, and bring the perpetrator to justice.
Demon got out of his car, and approached the owner, and said "Sorry, about the mess, I made, but he deserved it. Anyway, I came back to pay for the gas."
The owner replied, "I don't want your money, I want you in jail!"
Demon shouted in anger, "I aint going to no jail!"
The owner said "I'm going inside to get my gun and you're going to take me to the Sherriff's office to turn yourself in."
Demon laughed and said, "I aint taking you nowhere."
Then the owner, and Demon got into a struggle, and Demon overpowered the man, and snapped his neck then dragged his body next to the charred body at the gas pump. Demon pulled the nozzle off the gas pump, and started spraying gasoline all over the owner's body then pulled out a match, and set his body on fire.
Demon laughed and said "Nobody messes with Demon and lives to tell about it."
Demon went inside the gas station, and took all the money from the cash register then hopped back in his car, and drove over the two charred bodies laughing, and speeding down the country roads with the radio on.
Chapter Four: On top of the world
As Demon was speeding down the country roads with dust blowing behind his car the Sheriff was hot on his trail with his lights flashing and siren blaring.
Demon said "Dang, am I going to have to kill the Sheriff too?"
Demon wanted to let him chase him and wh
en the Sheriff came along side Demon's car Demon ran his car into the Sheriff's car causing his car to run off in the ditch.
The Sheriff jumped out of his car with his gun drawn and telling Demon to get out of his car, but Demon just laughed at him, and stepped on the gas, and as the Sheriff was firing his gun at Demon's car. Demon ran over the Sheriff killing him. Demon pulled his car beside the Sheriff's dead body, and got out of his car, and bent over the Sheriff's body, and said "Look what you did, you should know that it's not a good idea to mess with Demon all anyone gets out of it is dead."
Demon unscrewed the gas cap on his gas tank, and went over to his trunk, and found part of a garden hose then put it in the gas tank, and siphoned out gas from his tank and poured gas on the Sheriff's body then struck a match, and flicked the lit match on his body, and watched the Sheriff's body burn to ash. Before Demon got back in his car he doused the Sheriff's car with gas and set it on fire.
Chapter Five: Just can’t get enough
Demon got back in his car and sped off laughing down the country roads in search of a motel to get some rest before he goes back into his pyromaniac state.
It didn't take long for Demon to strike a match again because he refused to pay for his room as he was leaving after a two day stay. The motel manager said he was going to call the police. Demon went into a fit of rage, and stormed out of the office, and went back to his car, pulled out a gas can, and marched back inside, and said "Apparently you didn't hear me very well. When I told you I wasn't going to pay you a dime for this dump, you should have said “That’s ok, but since you won't do as I say, you leave me no alternative, but to burn this place to the ground.”
Heated words were exchanged between the two men, and Demon started dowsing the front desk of the motel with gas, and the manager ran into his office for his gun.
Demon said "Go get your damn gun, but by the time you find it I will be gone and you'll be nothing but ashes in minutes."
Demon tossed the lit match on the trail of gas, and in seconds the flames rose higher and higher, and as the manager ran back to the front desk the flames were too high for him to see over with no place to run the manager was sweating profusely, and gasping for air which was only carbon monoxide filling into his lungs. A few moments later he collapsed to the floor, and succumbed to the burning flames followed by agonizing pain, and a call for help, but there was none so he just went up in flames along with his motel.
Demon watched outside the motel as the roof fell into the burning fire and stepped on a cigarette he was smoking as the motel burned to the ground. He turned to his car, and heard sirens, and knew it was time to go. Demon got in his car and sped down the road looking for another town to burn anything that got in his way.
Demon's Hell raising pyromaniac days were about over because there were several eye witnesses at the motel who seen him enter the front desk of the motel with a gas can, and saw him leave out the door, and could hear the manager screaming inside for help.
Demon thought the sirens would stop at the motel to investigate the fire, but they were hell bent on bringing this pyromaniac down.
As Demon was speeding down the road drinking a beer he looked into his rear view mirror, and seen not one, but several police cars hot on his trail, and a trap was set up just a half mile down the road with spikes, and several other police officer's with guns drawn, and ready to fill Demon with bullets that he could not stop or burn his way out of.
Chapter Six: It’s over Demon
Demon knew his reign of terror was over. Jail wasn't an option so Demon dowsed the
inside of his car with gas, and put his foot on his gas pedal until it touched the floor board of his car, and just as his car was about to pass over the spikes he struck a match, and with a smile on his face the police jumped to the sides of their squad cars, and knew an explosion would follow. Demon rolled down his driver side window and said "See you all in Hell!" Then he tossed the match in the back seat while his car slammed into the squad cars exploding.
Demon's reign of terror was finally over his car and body went up in flames.
If Demon would have been born into love then he could have made a positive impact on society, but since he was born into Hell, Hell is where he lives.
