hung up nearby to buildings
The rotten smell of death only attracts Death himself to collect their poor souls
In a block of houses, she checks for any sort of hostile forces on her sides
Cautiously walking, nothing, everything is dead
A storage house for the corpses, Bloodhounds only want to fear their enemy
Forward on the road are three more houses
Placed on the right, middle, and left location
It is a dead end, but there are two locations she had to choose
Without having any clue which is the correct path
She takes the right path
After some minutes of walking, Angela is lead on an avenue
Something catches Ellie's attention, the sound of screaming
Sounding like a clan of people are getting tortured
Ellie shows Angela where she is detecting the sound
She sees them on another avenue which is the left of her position
There are six soldiers she has never seen before
An EMD-52 Plasma Rifle is equipped
It uses high damaging plasma bolts, with a magazine shaped like a cylinder
The magazine can make the gun user shoot the rifle thirty two times
But it's only flaw is its projectile speed-it isn't effective in medium to long range fights
In Angela's mind, these men didn't look like they're amateurs
Dressed in a special designed black uniform with extra protection from bullets and plasma
And a mask to fear those that opposed them
There is also a Vanguard with them
She's planning on a plan to rescue the innocent civilians
She notices there are around twenty five civilians in her vision
Twenty of them are begged to look on the road with their hands
Five of them look like they are beaten up by knives out of pleasure
She watches them to see what they're doing
A soldier asks this lady in her late thirties if she is willing to please his men
Such bravery to decline his answer, she only gets more trouble
The man pulls out his knife from his knife holster
He grabs the woman by the jaw and stabs her in gum on top of her top teeth
The lady bleeds rapidly, and cries helplessly, the man shows no mercy for forgiveness
He stabs her from the back of her elbow
Angela can't take anymore of this madness
She charges in, cocked her B-72, and shoots the torturer as much bullets she can put
Five or six shot she put, he's down, attracting the Vanguard and the other soldiers
They're going after her when she runs away
The civilians gather up in their location, clueless of what their next move is
She stands there calmly
Without any worrying about anything
One of the Bloodhound members talked
They are part of an elite force of the Bloodhounds
She questions him to find Cody
He gives her an answer of a threat
These people only want hostility
Where there is no other choice to make
Five soldiers are ready to shoot their guns, she thrusts a grenade
Impacting the two soldiers that were close to each other
Two of them are caught off guard by the explosions
One is injured by the explosion
She enhances her movement speed to climb up on the Vanguard's back
The mech tries to knock her off-shaking itself with force
Pushing her blade into the mech's back, three times
The machine dies, only three more soldiers she has to fight them
In small numbers, Angela can easily take them
She pulls out her Carbine, and put her energy into one of the gang member
He rolls out; making Angela’s aim thrown off for a few seconds
Running and gunning with a jump shot and immediately prone shot her
Took critical damage from him, but she can live
Finishing him when she uses Enhanced Armor for extra defense
His buddy tries to avenge him; she dashes around him three times
Arm locking his neck while behind him and with a stab in the heart
The remaining one is too hurt to fight
Curious of her brother's location
Cody is in a hotel, room 256
Leaving him to die in a slow death as she continues her journey
The civilians are free, they can runaway and look for their safety
It's starting to rain, but the rain doesn't slow Angela down
On 910 Telliwards Avenue, Prantosin, all Angela has to do is go to the hotel
It is down on the street, and he is waiting for her
She knows he has some sort of plan to stop her
On the middle road, there's another road on the left
Couple of buildings on the side of the middle road, there are noises
A tank is coming dauntlessly
Equipping the EMD-52 Plasma Rifle she stole
Also scavenged some ammo from her last battle
There's the tank about to turn its gun towards Angela
Running energetically to the tank
It fires at her, she teleports to the side, and continues running
Once she is on top of the tank's hatchet, there are soldiers behind it
Approximately twenty five to thirty five men, she fires her Plasma Rifle at them
The bodies quickly drops in numbers, she's getting damaged, but with Enhanced Armor on
She takes a couple of more bullets while standing in one position
Some troopers trying to get close to her, but only died
Making a hole from her blade on the hatch, chucking a grenade
And before it explodes, she jumps away from the tank
Sprinting her way closer to the hotel, there is reinforcement
The sound of the helicopters has gotten her attention
Two of them she can see, and later on she can see two more
And more, and more are on their way
Her trusty X-86 is taken out, survival is the only way out of here
Furiously makes her way to the hotel and the helicopters
She fires the groups of Bloodhounds on the first helicopter before they can land
Managing to get some kills, but the forces from the second Chopper aren't damaged
Throwing a grenade in the helicopter room, killing everyone on board except the driver
She's abusing her dashing ability to easily kill the Troopers from the first Chopper
Completely surrounded, and outnumbered by the endless waves of reinforcement
She throws her rifle down, and brings out her blade and shield
The next two Choppers-trying to land their passengers simultaneously
Rushes up into the passenger's room if she can
Blood, and nothing but blood and human pieces are being sliced in front of her face
Taking damage from behind, she quickly blinks out and takes cover behind the helicopter
While healing her shields, another grenade is tossed to slow down the other soldiers
Ropes are starting to come in action from the Choppers
They didn't want to give her time to rest
She kills, kills, kills-it is the only way out of here
After about ten minutes of fighting, there are about over eighty bodies that are on the road
Covering up in blood everywhere on her suit
Mostly caused by her up close fights with her blade
A fine mess of slaughtering soulless foes
Immediately trying to find room 256
Cody is there, just watching T.V. the whole time while Angela is fighting to survive
He's watching a show called "Happy Times and Days"
It's a kids' show that Angela and him used to watch when they were young
A face th
at's written in disappointment and despondency while watching the show
Angela finds the room and breaks it down by a punch in the center of the door
Damaging it, and opening the door
Saving him is what she wants
There's nothing to be saved
He cries defeat to his own sister
A no one, and cannot match the quality of her
Angela only wants to help, confused and lost
Powerless, weak, shamed, a nobody, he describes himself with full spirit
Upset about the fact that he cannot kill her at what he's best at
It shocks Angela, and she immediately realizes, he's infected
She tries to claim that he's been drugged
He refuses anything what she said to him
"Pain is pleasure and the pleasure the key to live
But with no sense of glory, it may be better to live somewhere else."
His quotes identifies a strong thought of suicide
Angela doesn't know who he is anymore
Letting his agony take the best of him-praising Angela, and hurting himself
He asks her to look at the rain
Staring at the rain for his order, and wondering what his next move is is
A suicide is done by a shot from his pistol to his brain
Frightened by her brother's death and choice
Ellie feels pain for her
The AI decides to leave Angela alone
Letting her have the space
Alone in peace and woe
Scar upon a Scar
What can possibly calm her pain down, only increases it
She looks at her brother, upset and clueless
Instantly having flashbacks to her foster dead parents
The same sentiment is back
Coming close to his corpse
Just looking at her dead brother
Doesn't have any words to say to him
Traumatized by sorrow, appalled, and her control is lost
Tears is dropping from her eyes, but she refuses to cry
She gets out the hotel room
In the need of wanting some air, feeling weak
Taking her helmet off, using her time to feel her emotion
Raining Tears
Within the mind of despair
The questionnaire of resolving the emotion
Wanting to have spirit, confidence, and comfort
Saddening philosophy coming in play:
The young girl asks her if she can come back
There's no turning
