Oh yeah. My name is Grace.
When my dog died I had no one to meet me at the bus. It was harder than ever . Whenever someone tried to bully me, Rose would bark, and she can’t do anymore. Then whoever had tried to bully me would run off. Now I have to deal with it all by myself.
Chapter 2
I walked into middle school; no one pays a lick of attention to me, as usual. But I really don't care.
My first class is math. I sit at my seat and read.
I hate math. Math is difficult. Very difficult.
Our math teacher is named Mr. Smith.
He is actually nice, believe it or not. This is what he says to us every math class. ”Hello class, get out your minnie whiteboard. Write what your mood is, and if it is bad … CHANGE IT”!
I right down my mood. In my best hand writing I spell out, G-R-U-E-S-O-M-E.
While Mr. Smith walks around the room, I look around at the place I spend one and a half hours a day.
There are a lot of posters all of the walls.
One even says “I have high expectations for you, so make them higher or lower. That is your choice”.
I like that poster. I read that every day and it makes me want to keep going even though the world tries to stop me.
Then, I look at other people’s Minnie whiteboards. A lot say cool or awesome or great.
What makes me think is that if their day is so cool or awesome or great, why do they have to make mine so gruesome?
While I am lost on thought Mr. Smith taps my shoulder. “Hello … is someone in there”?
I shrug, like there may or may not be a brain inside my head.
“Class, erase your moods. This will be your new mood. Math mode. Do the problem Forty-five thousand, three hundred fifty-six divided by 7.”
I try to do the problem, I am already confused. My fellow classmates seem to have no problem. This makes me even more confused and embarrassed.
He comes over and tries to help me. I look at him like he is about to bite me.
“Its fine I don’t bite,” he says.
This is really ironic. He helps me, and I kind of get it. Then we do like a billion more problems. Then the bell rings.
Chapter 3
THUMP. Ow. I slowly look up. 2 pairs of eyes are staring at me. Great. Could this day get any better?
Let me tell you now, how much I was wrong.
I hear other footsteps, getting up as I get into my seat, ignoring the laughter.
The bus finally starts and I hear the screeching of tires on the yellow bus when we stop. I feel the jolt when the tip of a sharp paper airplane hits the back of my head.
I capture it before it falls into another seat; I start to crumble it up when I see barely readable handwriting on the paper.
This is what it said:
Gracie! Gracie! Gracie! Ghostly Gracie! Where’s a ghost this time?
Furious. That explains the way I felt. She tried to hide that it she wrote it but I’m not stupid. JESSICA!!!! She tries to look inanest. The nerve of that girl!
The bus stops again. I walk over to her seat and sat right next to her. Then I punch her arm with all my strength and it looks like she is about to cry.
I then got back over to my seat. I was still enraged.
Why is life so cruel to me?
Chapter 4
I look at my blue watch. The bus is late today, which means I will be late for dinner. Then to top it all off my dad will be extra mad at me because the Red Socks lost today.
I see my house and I prepare for fighting. Then I see my dad not looking sad or mad just worried.
Then I start to panic. Its about my grades I just know it. Or it’s about complaints from other kid’s parents.
When I walk up to my dad and stand there. Waiting to be yelled at. Then I hear the faint sound of a bark.
He says,” What’s wrong? You look surprised”.
“I am not surprised”. Then I walk into my house. Not giving him a second glance.
When I get into my bedroom I see a dog on my bed. Its Rosy. I ignore the dog and lay down. I say one thing, “Goodnight Rosie, I missed you”. She Barks.
I wasn’t even tired. It was 5:00p.m.But, I went to sleep anyway. .
Dang it. I am too late for breakfast. I grab some clothes, throw em’ on and go downstairs.
But why didn’t my dad wake me up?
My hands are shaking a little.(From missing dinner) So I grab a piece of frozen pizza.
Its Tuesday, and I am not tired. At all. Maybe I sleep better with Rosy around. No she wasn’t there.
Or was she?
Chapter 5
I need a happy ending in my story. I need a happy ever after or a everything was happy. Or ANYTHING.
When I get to the bus stop I do not hear the usual taunting.
“If anybody bullies Grace once today, I will pummel them”.
I try to see who said it, but they seem to want to stay anonymous. Well, fine.
Then we get to school. Uh, school. Jane walks by me. She even sits by me in class. She actually never left my side.
I had a BODYGUARD. Really? Nah… or maybe a friend. Let’s talk about this later.
When I had a class without her I hid from her. It worked pretty well because she couldn’t find me.
When I have half of my classes over with I see Jane and she sees me. I run.
Man, she must do track or something because she caught up to me really fast. Dang, Dang, Dang.
“WHAT”? I yell really loudly.
“Why did you run away from me”?
“I don’t know, see you on the bus”.
“Wait…”
I am already down the hall. I stop at my next classroom door and catch my breath. My teacher is reading a book. She says I am 5 minutes early, and that I should read.

Rudolf the Polka Dotted Human
Rudolf the polka-dotted Human
Prologue
Once upon a time in Juneau, Alaska there was a boy who had the most absences in the whole school ever. This kid would always get one sickness. The cold. This is where our story begins.
There is an unpopular, super nerdy, 15 year old boy named Rudolf. Rudolf goes to school at North Pole Academe. He is ALWAYS: coughing loudly, sniffing up snot, sneezing grossly that gives him a red nose, picking at zits and pimples, and falling over and running into walls from tiredness.
Chapter 1
Rudolf goes to school maybe 3 weeks total in one school year. He mostly is homeschooled because he is ALWAYS sick. Also anything he touches gets pus on it from all of the pimples and zits JUST on his fingers.
Now Rudolf wasn’t any nerdy boy, his dad was a scientist that focused on dieses. One day Rudolf`s dad, Mr. Reindeer, notice how often he got sick. So on the day Rudolf gets sick the most, (the 3rd Friday of every month), his dad took him to a laboratory.
Then Mr. Reindeer told Rudolf to lie down after drinking a special medicine to put him to sleep. After his dad thought that Rudolf was asleep, he started to poke Rudolf with sharp and pointy needles. Mr. Reindeer walked away to help in a different area.
He was not expecting what would come next.
Chapter 2
“Ooowwwwww!!!! Ooooohhhhhh!!!!! Heeellllllllpppp!!!!” began to sound. Then Rudolf’s dad fell out of his chair, in surprise, and on to the floor. Mr. Reindeer limped over to Rudolf and removed the needles. Rudolf looked at his stomach and saw a lot of red dots from the needles that Mr. Reindeer poked in him. Since Mr. Reindeer had a M.D. (medical degree) he felt Rudolf’s stomach to make sure he was okay. Rudolf`s dad told Rudolf that he had those dots for life. Oooooowwww!!!!!! Rudolf just p
oked his stomach. Mr. Reindeer told Rudolf that he could not touch his stomach for 1 week nor he could wash it.
The week went by quickly. Once the week was over the next day Rudolf woke up and touched his stomach. It hurt like a he pinched himself. So then Rudolf took a shower and his stomach did not hurt during the shower. After Rudolf took his shower he smelled clean because he hadn’t taken a shower in a week so he was starting to stink. So Rudolf put on his clothes and brushed his teeth. Then when Rudolf brushed his hair and looked in the mirror and he noticed that he looked different. He was very handsome and was not coughing loudly, sniffing up snot, sneezing grossly that gives him a red nose, picking at zits and pimples, and falling over and running into walls from tiredness. Rudolf was good looking. Then he remembered that his mom, dad or mean little sister hadn’t seen him like this.
Rudolf went down stairs to show his parents what he looked like. When Rudolf went down stairs, his mom literally fell out of her chair in amazement. Then Clarice told Rudolf that he didn’t look like a dork. Next Mr. Reindeer asked Rudolf how he became so handsome. Rudolf thought and thought and thought and told his dad that did not know. Then Mr. Reindeer remembered that in the needle medicine was a medicine that would fix any disease, but the side effect was that you wouldn’t look like yourself after it was injected in your body.
Chapter 3
The next day Mr. Reindeer took Rudolf to the lab again. So again Rudolf had to be put to sleep with the drink, but Rudolf threw a big tantrum and screamed that he wanted to stay the same way that with the medicine. And all that Mr. Reindeer said was that the scientist will just take blood sample from your stomach and look at it. So Rudolf cried again because he didn`t want a shot Mr. Reindeer told Rudolf to calm down and drink some water. So Mr. Reindeer got Rudolf water, but before he gave him the water Mr. Reindeer changed the water with the sleep medicine and gave it to Rudolf. So Rudolf drank the medicine and started to feel sleepy and then he plopped down backward on the floor and went into a deep sleep. Just to make sure Rudolf was in a deep sleep Mr. Reindeer yelled and clapped and tried to make the most noise he could. All Rudolf did was sleep. Rudolf looked like a he was dead, but you could tell he was breathing because he snorted every now and then and his stomach rose and sank slowly. Then all the scientist crowded around Rudolf and watched Mr. Reindeer stick a needle in Rudolf`s stomach and watch the blood fill up in tube. Next Mr. Reindeer took the needle to a microscope and put what he saw through the microscope on to the computer which told the projector to project it on the wall. Then all the other scientist ohhed and ahhed. The scientist had never seen such a disease so close that looked so weird, even though they had seen so many other weird diseases.
“This is a scientific break through!” one scientist said.
“Let`s show this to the President” another said.
“Hold on.” Mr. Reindeer said. “First we need to examine it more. Also he will wake up anytime now, so we need to not show to this.” Then Mr. Reindeer called Mr. Vixsin over and said, “Take this to the lab fridge and put it away from all the others and put a label on it that says ‘Rudolf`s disease’. Got it Mr. Vixsin?” Mr. Vixsin nodded and left the room.
Then Rudolf made a gurgling sound and everyone looked at him. Then Rudolf sat up and looked around. He looked like he had amnesia. Rudolf didn`t have amnesia though. Then he glared at his dad and screamed for no reason. The entire group of scientist made faces that looked like they were frightened. Mr. Reindeer made a funny face too.
“Don`t worry, he is probably freaking out or that might be a side effect of the sleep medicine.” Mr. Reindeer said calmly.
The scientists` faces calmed and Rudolf calmed too. Then the whole room got quiet. Then one HUGE sigh from Rudolf broke the silence.
After that weird silence and seeing the weird disease everyone left the room.
After that Rudolf got off the floor and stood up very wobbly. Mr. Reindeer raced over to help Rudolf.
Rudolf said to his dad, “I have a bad headache”
Then Mr. Reindeer brought Rudolf to a little bed that rolled, so he could rest a little bit. Then Rudolf fell asleep, for real this. Mr. Reindeer rolled the bed to the car and pushed Rudolf into the car.
Chapter 4
On the car ride home Rudolf was moaning in his sleep. When Mr. Reindeer and Rudolf got home, Mrs. Reindeer ran outside to help Mr. Reindeer while Clarice stood in the doorway. Mr. Reindeer had called Mrs. Reindeer and said that there might be something wrong with Rudolf.
“Is my baby okay?” Mrs. Reindeer asked
“He is fine, but he might have gotten something from having the amnesia medicine a second time.”
“My wife will kill me if I tell her I gave Rudolf the second dose amnesia” Mr. Reindeer thought.
“Who gave him the second dose?” Ms. Reindeer said in terror
“Uuhhh?” Mr. Reindeer stalled.
“TELL ME! MY BABY IS AT CRISIS!” Ms. Reindeer yelled
“Uuuhhh? I think Mr. Cupid did. Wait maybe it was Mr. Dasher.
“Whoever it was is going to her from lawyer, me and might get sued!”
“Okay okay, I will tell everyone at work.”
”The dork is fine.” Clarice piped in. “Look he is waking up.”
Mrs. Reindeer rushed to Rudolf.
“Where am I? “Rudolf questioned. “Who am I?”
“Oh no” Mrs. Reindeer cried
Chapter 5
“Rudolf! Rudolf! Wake up!” pounded in Rudolf’s head.
“Rudolf?” this voice sounded like Clarice`s voice but softer and more soothing.
Rudolf opened his eyes. Bright lights everywhere
“Am I in heaven?” Rudolf thought.
Nope. He wasn`t in heaven but somewhere that he didn`t recognize at first. Rudolf sat up quickly. Too quickly to be exact. There was a sharp pain in his stomach. He looked at his stomach just to check to see if there were any bruises. There were no bruises, but there they were again the red dots.
Rudolf turned his head. Right next to his side his mom sitting and squeezing the life out of his hand. Rudolf noticed that there were tears streaming from her eyes.
“Mom?” Rudolf said with all the energy that he could.
Mrs. Reindeer looked up quickly. Rudolf and his mom smiled at each other.
“Are you okay?”
“I`m fine.”
Then Rudolf noticed his dad sitting in the corner staring at the wall. Also there was a figure leaning over him. The figure came in quickly, with a hug. As Rudolf pushed away the tight hug, he noticed that the amazingly tight came from Clarice, his sister. There were tears in her eyes that she tried to blink out. Rudolf had tears streaming from his eyes. A doctor walked into the room. The doctor had a really strange nose.
“You need to yave surgery. There waz zome sort of poizen in the medicine that vakes your legs unmovavle.” He announced in a Russian accent and glared at Mr. Reindeer.
Rudolf was having a horrible time all ready.
Rudolf stared at his legs. He could not believe that just taking that sleep medicine twice made his legs unmovable.
“I think that if I can hold my leg up when the doctor drops my leg then I won’t need surgery. “ Rudolf thought.
“Pick up my leg.” Rudolf whimpered.
The doctor pick up Rudolf`s leg.
“Let go.”
“Why? Wa?” Rudolf gasped.
The leg had fallen limply to the hospital bed.
“You vill need to ve in a vheelchair for about 4 months or until the medicine vears off.”
“UUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHH”
“Oh my poor baby!” cried Mrs. Reindeer.
“Will the dork be okay after he is out of the weird chair?” said Clarice.
“Uuuhhhhhh?” the doctor stuttered. “vat`s the ving I don’t vow. His vegs are paralyzed-“
“PARALYZED! MY LEGS ARE PARALYZED!” Rudolf screamed.
“As I vas saying, I von’t really vow b
ecause his vegs where paralyzed from vomething that doesn’t vsually appear very often.”
“What!” said Mrs. Reindeer.
“ He`ll vrobably be vine by vhe end of vhe 4 months or vhen the medicine vears off.” The doctor said.
“Wooo!” said a voice that hadn’t been heard in a while. Mr. Reindeer.
Everyone turned to the corner where Mr. Reindeer. He had turned around and was standing tall now that he knew his son would be safe.
“Hey, you’re still in time out.” Mrs. Reindeer commanded.
“I`m too old for time out!”
“NO YOUR NOT!”
“Slow your arguing.” Clarice joined in.
“We did not ask you to join in,” Mrs. Reindeer said.
“SO!” yelled Clarice.
“Exvuse me. Could vou continue vis later? Vaybe after you leave?”
“Okaayyyyy.” Mrs. Reindeer dragged on.
“UUGGGHHHH!” sighed Mr. Reindeer.
“Again, as I vas saying, Rudolf vill be fine. SO, I`ll get the bill.” The Doc turned to walk out the door while muttering under his breath, “ I`ll make a lot of money off of them.”
“I`m sssooooooo sorry son,” said Mr. Reindeer.
“What? I think I fell asleep,” said Rudolf.
“Well, I said ‘I`m sssooooooo sorry son.’ Got it?”
“Yeah.”
“Will you forgive me?”
“Of course, but I’m not the only one who needs to forgive you.” Rudolf said while glancing at Mrs. Reindeer.
“What?” questioned Ms. Reindeer.
Mr. Reindeer gave her the puppy dog eyes.
“I`m … sorry.” Ms. Reindeer huffed.
“Yes! You still love me.” Mr. Reindeer exclaimed.
“Thanks Mom.” Rudolf said nicely to his mom.
“When can we go home?” said Clarice
“When Doc comes back with the bill.” Dad said
The door to the room burst open.
“Aright, I vot the bill! Who`s paying?” the doctor said.
“Let me get my check book.” Mom said while searching through her gargantuan purse.

Teenage Life
December 25, 2013
Dear Diary,
Today is the day that I got you. You were underneath my Christmas tree. You were all wrapped up in blue wrapping paper that had white snowflakes on it. The tag said in pretty pink cursive; To: Jamiee From: Santa. When you were opened, I was very happy because I have wanted a diary all my life. Well until I knew what a diary was and I knew how to write. When you were opened you were all neon pink except the word diary which was in neon green. The title glows in the dark. Just to let you know. You were my best Christmas present this year. Whoops, I forgot to tell you about me. My name is Jamiee Smith, with 2, I said 2 e s. My mom likes my name with only one e, but to me, I’m just ordinary with one e.
