Linda walked up beside her, “The animals like you. You are Gods chosen one.”
Kristen stared at her, “Chosen? How?”
“The Holy Spirit has talked to me in a dream, and he has made me know that you will be a writer, and that you will let the people know what the government is doing to the people.”
Epilogue
In the years that passed Kristen never married, but she did become a writer, and she freed the people with words. The Greenbrier resort was closed, and stands as a museum of shame to this day. Trevor and Gerald opened offices for her publishing company in Salt Lake City, but Kristen stayed on the ranch in Hidden Valley until Linda Birdwing died. This all happened in the years when the people trusted the government more than their God to take care of them.
