“That’s why you were avoiding me earlier?”
“Yes. It’s so embarrassing …”
“What about the other women? He’s done them all, hasn’t he?”
“No,” Lily sputtered.
“No,” Beth denied.
“Maybe not you two, but I think he has all the others.” Rachel bit her lip at the confession.
“Move,” Killyama ordered Lily so she could put down the lid of the toilet. Sitting down, she stared at the three women.
Sex Piston stayed put, listening to every word. Shockingly, she didn’t confront Rachel. What she did do was turn toward Killyama and put her hand on her shoulder.
“Beth, tell her.”
Beth’s face went as shamefaced as Rachel’s, her eyes going to Lily’s.
Killyama could tell that Lily didn’t know what her sister was going to say, but she gave her support, anyway. “Go ahead.”
“I was intimate with Rider. It was before I was married to Razer,” Beth hurriedly clarified herself. “Killyama, all of the married women have been intimate with at least one of the men.”
“I haven’t, but … I did have sex with another couple in the room.” Lily looked like she was going to pass out from her admission.
Killyama stood up, letting Lily have the only seat in the room.
Sex Piston gave a low whistle. “I want to know what they’re selling. If I bottle it, I would make a fortune.” She mused for a moment. “I know my uptight sister hasn’t …” She broke off when Lily buried her face in her hands.
“Oh, my fu—” Killyama broke off when Lily rose her eyes to hers.
The woman wasn’t shy about another couple watching her and Shade, yet she was getting upset because Killyama was about to take the Lord’s name in vain? It was screwed up.
“I give the fucker’s credit. They’re smarter than the Destructors. If they find out …” She broke off as she began laughing.
Sex Piston didn’t share her amusement.
“If Stud invited any of the brothers in our bedroom, he’ll need a surgeon to pull my boot out of his ass.”
Rachel shook her head. “You think that now, then it happens somehow.” She raised her hands up in question.
“I think I know why.” Beth looked undecided about telling them something.
“You might as well tell me. It’s not like I won’t find out, anyway,” Killyama said shrewdly.
“I don’t know if I should. I could get trouble … If anyone else finds out—”
“We’re all sisters here.” Or, they were until that bathroom door opened. Right now, Stud wasn’t the only one who would need a surgeon when she was finished. There wouldn’t be enough surgeons in Kentucky to put Train back together.
“Winter told me something, and when I asked Razer about it, he said Viper may have, but he hadn’t. I don’t believe him, though.” Beth’s troubled eyes met theirs. “Winter said that the men pick their replacement in case something happens to them. I think, when they share like Cash did, or let them watch like Shade had, it’s with the one they chose to watch over us if something happens.”
“That can’t be true,” Lily protested.
“It better not be.” Rachel’s red hair practically bristled.
“Rider comes over a lot. He goes to Willa’s a lot, too,” Beth mused.
“That’s because you both are always cooking.” Lily shook her head. Then her eyes grew thoughtful.
“So Train is Winter and your replacement?” Killyama looked at Rachel’s furious expression.
“He must be. Cash could have at least given me a choice if that’s true.”
“Who would you have you chosen?” Killyama couldn’t help asking.
Rachel’s face turned fire engine red. “I really hate to admit it, but I would have chosen Train, too. Of course that was before he became involved with you.”
“Of course.” Killyama rolled her eyes up to the low ceiling. “Who would you have picked, Beth?”
“Rider.” Beth’s red face was the only explanation she needed.
“Lily?”
“Knox.”
“You think Winter would have chosen Train?”
Both Beth and Lily answered, “Yes.”
“So, it stands to reason, Shade is Diamond’s replacement.”
The women nodded their agreement.
“If—and it’s a big if—Train gets serious, I wonder who he would pick for me?”
Rachel, Beth, and Lily stared at each other, and then turned toward her in unison.
“Rider,” Killyama repeated Beth’s answer, seeing if the three women agreed.
They all nodded.
“Rider it is, then.” Killyama squeezed through the women.
“What are you going to do?” It was easy to see that Rachel was the smartest of the three. Sex Piston didn’t count; she knew her well enough to know she was going to turn the tables on the men.
“If Train thinks he needs a replacement for if anything happens to him, who am I to argue? I think he should be afraid of dying.”
“Really? Why?”
How Lily could still be so innocent when she was married to Shade beat the hell out of her. Seeing she still didn’t understand, though, Killyama took pity on her. The other women’s panicked faces showed they didn’t need a picture or a map drawn out for them.
“Because I’m going to kill the fucker.”

“Where did Killyama go?” Train asked Razer when they finished their game, giving Stud and Cash the pool sticks.
“I think she went to the restroom.” Stud rolled the four ball across the table so that Cash could rack them.
“Thanks.” Train left the pool table, circling around Moon and the two women he had invited. The brother was half-lit as he yelled out to Rider that he needed some help. From his expression, Shade was going to send Moon on upstairs soon.
Train was irritated. Moon knew the rules. When Lily was in the room, none of the men were allowed to get shitfaced in front of her. Concerned that Lily was close by, yet not seeing her, he looked to Shade, who was looking for her, too.
Deciding to save the fool-hearty brother, Train waylaid Moon as he lifted one of the women’s dresses.
“Moon.” Train reached for his arm. “Brother, take it upstairs.”
“Liz and Deja want me to see who has the sexist thong. Want to help me choose? I asked Rider, but I don’t see—”
“Go upstairs,” Train repeated the request, seeing Shade was getting angrier by the minute due to not being able to find Lily and Moon’s loud voice.
“I will. Let me—”
“Now, Moon.” Lucky’s harsh voice had Moon realizing he had fucked up.
“I’m going. Let’s go, Liz, Deja. Tell Shade I didn’t mean any disrespect.”
“You can tell him yourself in the morning.”
Lucky blocked Shade as he neared. “I took care of it, Shade. Moon’s taking his party upstairs.”
“Moon, I warned you. If Lily gets upset—”
“She’s fine, Shade. She’s with Beth and Rachel.” Lucky nodded to where the women were standing.
“Where’s Killyama? I thought she was with them.” Train’s gaze came to a halt when he saw where she was.
The woman had somehow gotten past him without him noticing. She was leaning over the pool table to make a shot while Rider was standing on the other side, practically drooling at the bounty she was giving him.
Train brushed past Moon, striding toward the pool table.
“Where have you been?” he asked her as he stared Rider down. The man was too enthralled to notice.
“I saw you were busy, so I asked if Rider wanted to play.”
The woman didn’t clear her throat, so Train knew the seductive tone she used had been deliberate.
“Are you pissed at me because I played a game with Razer and left you alone?” Train couldn’t understand what had happened to the woman.
“Lover, I don’t need a babysitte
r.”
Train almost swallowed his own tongue when Killyama called him lover. The sensual tone had his dick pressing against his jeans.
“Then explain to me what—”
“Can any of your bitches make this shot?” Killyama turned her back to the pool table. Leaning backward until her head was on top of the pool table, she braced the pool stick between her tits. Then she turned her head to the side, and with a flick of her wrist, the stick struck the cue ball, sending the blue ball spinning into the pocket in front of Rider.
“No.” Train burrowed his hands in his pockets to keep from taking the pool stick away from her.
“Can you show me that again?” Rider asked when she straightened.
“I didn’t know you were so … limber.” Train picked up one of the pool balls and lightly tossed it in the air. Rider received his silent threat and closed his mouth.
“You think you know all my secrets just because you fucked me a few times?”
Train rested his hip against the pool table when he heard a quarrel taking place by the bar. He looked away from Killyama to see who it was, and saw Beth and Razer arguing. Lily and Shade were also fighting by the kitchen door. Evidently, Lily wasn’t ready to leave, and she was telling her husband no.
Sex Piston, T.A., and Crazy Bitch were sitting on top on the bar. At first, Train thought they were enjoying Razer and Beth’s argument, then it dawned on him who they were watching. Him and Killyama.
“I don’t need you to drive me home!” Train heard Rachel’s yell as she threatened Cash with an empty beer bottle. “I texted Greer to come pick me up.”
Train could see her fury from across the room. Cash was trying to placate Rachel, but she wasn’t listening to anything he said.
Giving the beer bottle to Willa, who was trying to calm her down, Rachel shook her head toward Cash as she told Willa what started the argument. Train couldn’t hear why, but from Willa’s reaction, it was bad.
“Lucky!” Willa quit trying to play peacemaker between Rachel and Cash, hunting for her husband with the beer bottle in her hand, and her other hand on her pregnant as if the unborn baby was just as upset as it’s mother.
“What did you start?” Train tried to take the pool stick away from Killyama before he left to try to calm the escalating arguments in the room.
He nearly tripped over his own feet when she spun around, the pool stick swinging through the air. Train felt the whoosh of air and managed to duck in time to save himself.
“What are you doing?” You almost hit me—” Train ducked again.
Fed up, he tried to take the pool stick away. Then he quickly backed up a step when she pointed it at him.
“Move along, fucker. Next time, I won’t miss.” She was waving that pool stick like a teacher would wave a ruler.
Train debated if he should take it away from her forcefully, when Cash and Rachel’s argument went from bad to worse. Greer had arrived to pick up his sister and wanted to know why she was so upset. From there, it became hell. The fight that broke out between Cash and Greer became the priority.
When he started to go break up the fight, he heard Killyama ask Rider to rack the balls. Train stopped in his tracks, seeing Killyama shove the rack across the table toward Rider as he pulled two balls out of the side pocket in front of him.
“Don’t want to miss those … lover.”
Those last four words caused a bloodcurdling yell to come instinctively from Train. He dragged Rider across the pool table as Rider tried to defend himself, but Train gave him no chance before his fist shot out, nailing Rider in the mouth.
When he would have punched him again, Stud tried to pull him back.
“Let me go,” Train grunted.
“We need to help Lucky. Rider didn’t even try to hit you back.”
Train tried to gather the shards of his temper when he saw Killyama fawning over Rider.
“Woman, get away from him … now.”
“Why the hell did you hit him? You were supposed to swing at me!” Killyama laid the pool stick down as if she were afraid she would hit him with it. He should have known her well enough by now to take that as a warning.
Train stared at her, dumfounded. “I’ve never hit a woman in my life.”
“Then I suggest you start.”
Train caught her fist before it could land.
“I’m not going to hit you, no matter how mad I get, so I knock it … Ow!” Train doubled over. He literally saw stars. He had done two tours in the military and had never felt pain like what was coming from his nuts.
Rider hopped off the pool table to help him as Train landed on his knees, hanging on to the pool table for support. He kept sucking in air to keep himself from passing out.
“I can see why you men need replacements. You all are a bunch of pussies.”
“What are you talking about?” Train tried to focus on the venom spewing from her mouth instead of the stars floating behind his eyes.
Killyama didn’t show any mercy. She grabbed his ponytail, lifting his head and forcing him to look up at her. “Are you Viper’s and Cash’s spare?”
“Yes.”
She released his hair in disgust. “I’m going to save you the trouble of picking one for me. If you’re dumb enough to pick one, then I’m okay with Rider. Is that okay with you, Rider?”
Train managed to get to his feet by holding on to the pool table and Rider’s arm.
“Well?” Killyama snarled.
“I’d rather you pick someone else. How about Moon?” Rider turned to search for Moon, who was no longer in the room.
“Actually, I had already asked Shade. But if you want Rider, maybe we need to convince him. What do you think, Rider?”
“Do I have to?”
Train snatched the pool stick away before Killyama could pick it up again. He couldn’t tell who she would have aimed for, but him and Rider would have been going to the dentist’s office if it had landed.
“Give it back.” When Killyama tried to snatch it out of his hand, Train tossed it to Rider.
Before she could react, Train threw her over his shoulder, stumbling backward into the pool table when she clawed his back, going for his hair.
“Bitch, I’m going to paddle that ass of yours when I get you to my room.” He fought the vertigo from having his nuts smashed and his head nearly ripped off his shoulders.
“Fucker, you’re going to be sneezing your balls out of your nostrils if you lay one hand on me.”
Train raised his hand, smacking her on her ass.
“I thought you didn’t hit women?”
“I hit a wildcat. When you start acting like a lady, I’ll stop.”
Train stepped over Cash and Greer on the way to the stairs, hearing Rider reluctantly coming up behind them. Then he stopped when he was halfway up the stairs to see Rachel sitting there, crying.
“You okay, Rachel?”
“I didn’t mean for Greer and Cash to get in a fight.” She sniffed.
“Bitch, what are you crying for?”
Train smacked her ass again. “This is all her fault. You and Cash will make up in the morning. Let him and Greer fight it out. They’ve been building it up for a while. Maybe they’ll get it out of their systems now.”
“You think so?”
“Yes. Just pretend it was all Cash’s fault, and I’ll make sure he brings flowers to apologize. Rider, take her home.”
Train hugged the side of the staircase to let Rachel take Rider’s hand.
“Don’t take long. I don’t want to keep her waiting,” he said as he continued carrying a struggling Killyama up the steps. Train had to hold on to the handrail to keep the woman from throwing them both down the steps.
“Do I have to?” Rider’s whiney voice floated upward to the landing where Train was spanking Killyama’s ass to keep her still.
“Don’t make me come and get you.” Satisfied that his threat had lit a fire under Rider’s ass, Train carried Killyama to his room. If she h
ad wanted to make him jealous by using Rider, she could handle the consequences. He hadn’t made his mind up about sharing her, but she had made his mind for him. She could have chosen any of the Last Rider’s, and she had chosen Rider. Who was he to argue?
Getting her through the doorway proved to be a challenge. The bitch held on to the doorway and refused to let go.
He slid a hand between her struggling thighs, rubbing her slit through the thin leather of her pants, promising, “It’ll feel better with the pants gone.”
“Motherfucker, I’ll castrate you!”
Train rained a series of small slaps down on her ass until she released the door to protect her bottom. Slamming the door with his boot, he then dumped her onto his bed.
“Whew, I’ve never had to work so hard to get a woman in my bed before.” Train chuckled.
Killyama raised herself up onto her knees, her hair a tumbled mess of curls, which she brushed out of her eyes to aim her fury at him. “You are so dead.”
He wasn’t stupid enough to sit down on his bed to pull off his boots. Going to the chair he kept at his desk, he saw her about to jump off his bed, her sights set on the door.
“You won’t make it, but go for it. I enjoy tussling with you.” He took his boots off, keeping track of her every move. When he stood up to unbuckle his belt, she sprung.
If she would have made it, she would have landed right in front of bedroom door. However, he caught her in the air like she was an acrobat giving a performance. Turning back with her over his shoulder once again, he tossed her unceremoniously back down onto the bed.
“Dude, this stopped being funny about ten minutes ago. I’m done playing with you. If you don’t move and let me out that door, I’m seriously going to hurt you.”
Train removed his T-shirt then slid his belt out from his belt loops. She watched his every movement.
“I’m not the one playing a game, Killyama, and I’ve had enough. Every man and woman in this club knows not to push me to a certain point. You went beyond pushing tonight and straight to bulldozing to get what you want.”
“I don’t want a fucking thing from you.”
“Yes, you do. You want me on your terms. You want to play on what I feel for you to make me do what you want.” He drilled her with his glare. “What scared you the most tonight? When I mentioned kids? Or was it the thought of another woman having a stake on me if anything happens?”
