is much larger than that of the survivors of the Hourglass Effect, some possible answers to the increased gene pool later.

Racism is primarily based on behaviors and perceptions of previous isolated societies, and that racism has been passed down from generation to generation as has 'religious' beliefs, which often condone prejudice based on physical appearance or place of birth.

Again; One's beliefs and prejudices are based on teachings passed from generation to generation, brainwashed is a more accurate description!

Because eventually of the ability to travel the world over and reside in a different part of the world or culture, this racism should have subsided with time, but has only gotten worse or shown very little improvement at best. Racism has flourish on this planet for thousands of years. As late as 1865 the progressive and democratic country of the United States allowed slavery as a matter of right for 'white' citizens, but just because the Emancipation Proclamation was enacted, that in its self did not eliminate prejudice in the U.S.

Until 1967 for example, 'mixed marriages' were illegal in the United States. It took a case brought against a couple in Virginia that ended up before the Supreme Court, before the former law was struck down as unconstitutional. As civil rights have made great legal strides in the U.S., racism is still a matter of fact in this country today and around the world in general.

Human trafficking (slavery) is a way of life in much of the world today. The poor and despondent are preyed on every day, with many souls 'sold' or 'bought' into either slave labor or sexual slavery. I am appalled as you should be, that in this day and age of a 'progressive civilization' these acts of immorality continue!

All Humans are sole Entities and all Humans deserve to be treated with the respect and rights afforded those of means and wealth, anything less is unacceptable!

It may surprise many on this world that if mankind survives here for another one thousand years, there will be very little difference in physical appearance. As different races of the world interbreed, you will find that the dominant skin color is a light tan with very few facial differences. But it is not just the physical differences in race and wealth that provokes this intolerance, but cultural differences also, particularly religion or sexual orientation, which we will explore later.

On other worlds where Humanoids have flourished in much different, more extreme climates and planetary makeup, there are even more distinct physical differences then we see amongst the population on this planet. The differences are so extreme in some instances, a Homo-sapiens from a different world may not even be recognizable to the population of this planet as Human.

As time has passed since the near extinction of mankind on this planet, the genetic makeup of mankind on this planet has become more diverse. The fact that the gene pool has increased on this world leaves only one explanation, the introduction of 'outside' DNA. It is quite possible, 'alien' Homo-sapiens have bred with the indigenous population of this world, thus increasing the genetic lines, you yourself may even have an 'alien' blood line!

Currently there are biologist trying to change Human DNA by manipulation of the genes, even going so far as cloning. Since Human DNA was decoded, it has been shown that certain genes contribute to a specific disease or abnormality. By 'turning off' or altering these specific genes, a hereditary disease can be eliminated from a future generation.

One must be very careful in manipulating what was once a perfect recipe on this planet, the Human DNA in today's world may not be perfect, but even small changes to the genetic code may drastically affect the future of the species.

You may say that Human DNA is far from perfect, especially if you look at the preponderance of hereditary diseases or likelihood of a physical defect in the offspring. If you remember, there were only about two thousand individuals that survived the Hourglass Effect, if any one of these individuals carried forward with them a defective gene, and if you further conclude there to be a minimum of a thousand fold increase in that specific gene line based on diverse breeding, that one individual has passed that deformed or damaged gene on to millions of people in today's world.

Gene damage can occur in several ways, excessive amounts of radiation can damage genes, even the life giving radiation from the Sun can be damaging in excessive doses. Solar flares give off a tremendous amount of excess radiation, basically overwhelming our atmosphere and subsequently bombarding the Human DNA with excessive amounts of damaging radiation. Another cause of gene damage is exposure to chemicals, most chemicals that are of a concern are Man produced.

Whatever the cause of gene damage, the defective genes are passed from generation to generation, sometimes with devastating results. Mankind now has the ability to 'repair' these defective genes and stop the damaging effects on future generations, but as stated before, he must be very careful to maintain the integrity of the Human species on this world.

Humanoids (in other advanced civilizations) first acquired the secret of inter-stellar travel about one and a half billion years ago. The planet Earth has been visited several times by these advanced Homo-sapiens civilizations and is possibly currently occupied by several thousand of these 'galactic visitors'. Some of these visitors may be here to observe a young civilization (such as ours), while others might be here to live life in the 'old west', a nostalgia trip of sorts in a primitive society. Most all of these 'galactic visitors' would blend right in with the indigenous Human population on this planet.

It is possible some of these 'visitors', on occasion, have presented a piece of their advanced civilization's knowledge to the inhabitants of this world. As noted earlier, not all 'little pushes' on this planet have come at the hands of the Eternals.

Most noteworthy of one of these alien 'little pushes', may be the introduction of and scientific knowledge of, nuclear reaction to the indigenous people on this planet. Nuclear fission and fusion were meant to advance our society for clean energy production and diminish the reliance on fossil fuels, affording a better life for the populous and the well being of the planet's ecosystem.

Nuclear fission, as the name implies, is the splitting of heavy atoms (such as uranium) thus creating a controlled chain reaction amongst other atoms in close proximity, releasing vast quantities of energy in the form of heat as the atoms are split. The heat generated (energy released) is basically used to turn water into steam and subsequently to turn turbines to produce electricity in a controlled environment. Although nuclear fission has been developed as a clean and safe form of energy, it has also been developed and deployed as a weapon of mass destruction (leave it to mankind to take a 'gift' and use it for evil).

The primary problem with nuclear fission was what to do with the left overs, which can stay highly radioactive and dangerous to all life forms on this planet for thousands of years. Nuclear scientist have discovered since the first phase of nuclear fission that it is possible to recycle the left overs from the spent reactor rods. The new generation of fission reactor fuel rods can be facilitated by refining the spent fuel rods, thus lessening the amount of unusable and dangerous left overs.

Nuclear fusion, as explained earlier, is what powers our Sun and all stars in the Universe. Scientist here on Earth are on the verge of creating the first large fusion reactor, and will within the next three decades have an operable reactor capable of producing clean, safe electrical power. There is already a very small fusion reactor in operation that puts out high amounts of energy for split seconds, but to get it on the scale that is needed for producing large amounts of electricity, scientist still have a long way to go.

The big advantage of fusion over fission is the availability of and small amount of fuel needed for production of energy with no nuclear waste to contend with. For example, a fusion reactor could produce enough energy from a few gallons of water (which is available worldwide) to power all of the United States for a week, thus an endless supply of 'clean energy'.

The key to nuclear fusion is the manipulation of photons (as
in a laser) and gravitons. Simply put, if a strong beam of photons are concentrated on a group of atoms (such as hydrogen atoms) contained in a vessel, the affected atoms are concentrated to such a degree they create tremendous heat (photon collision excitation (44). With the heat generated, these atoms will begin to fuse together (with high intensity nuclear force) creating helium atoms. The process of creating, or rather changing, the hydrogen atoms to helium atoms releases tremendous quantities of energy, the same as our Sun. Another type of nuclear fusion under development is cold fusion, IE inertial confinement. There has been great strides in this process, but as of now it takes a larger input of energy than is produced.

The older, mature civilizations of Humanoids have a life span of about four hundred fifty years. Even with replacement parts for the Human body, IE manipulation of the human genome and increased resistance to disease, the physical body of Homo-sapiens is still somewhat frail and can only survive for a limited time. As is the case on this world, accidents are the leading cause of death even in the most advanced societies, as many never reach their four hundred year mark.

Four hundred fifty years may seem like a long period
