after having coffee and doughnuts, he called the police and reported the robbery.
“The idea was to hold onto the computers and tablets until around Christmas time,” Garry said, “Since the manufacturer might not be able to provide these computers until after the first of the year we would be the only place in town with these computers and phones. We could ask almost any price for them and get it”.
Everyone lived happily ever after. Daddy’s boss was happy to get this case taken care of so quickly because he had more important things for Daddy to work on.
Mom’s boss was happy that the company didn’t have to pay for the merchandise and the damage to the store.
Mom and I were happy because we each got new bathing suites, and Daddy bought Mom and me lunch. We also stopped at the clothing store on the corner and I got that really cute top I told you about.
So you see everyone was happy.
Well I guess not everyone; Mr. Taylor was charged with insurance fraud and Grand Theft which means he could go to jail for from three to ten years. He is awaiting a trial date and is out on bail.
Garry and Ron got probation and they each got a fine of $500.00. The judge said that if he sees either one of them in his court again he will make a point of giving them the maximum sentence allowed under the Pennsylvania Penal Code.
