The other dragons turned to dust and he was alone in silence.

The boy had dark tears dripping from his eyes. He stood there and looked at the earth dragon.

  Then something magical happened.

The dragon’s spirit rose up and out of the cave the boy was amazed with what he had seen. The tears on his face dripped off as this magical thing happened.

He walked out of the cave and then half way in the forest he seen the light snake. He sat here as still as he could. The light snake looked around. He didn’t see the boy but the snake then saw something move. The snake lit up and he saw the boy the boy ran for his life. The snake slithered toward him with his razor sharp teeth. The snake hissed saying I am going to get you if you don’t go faster than that. The snake stopped and sat there for his friends to come. The snakes went charging as the light snake straggled behind the rest. The boy had got home safe he ran to his bed and jumped in. the looked all around him he summand out of bed. He went in the kitchen and got something to drink and he went into the living room it was quiet till he heard cracking sounds in the walls, floors, and the roof. He went and got his mom and she woke up and the sound stopped.

His mom said ‘what is it now?

The boy said I heard cracking sounds all over the house the mom listened and heard nothing but her heart.

The mom said ‘’well I don’t hear cracking sounds. ‘’weird.’’

The mom told him to go back to bed and he did. He sat in bed remembering the dragon.

On day in September something happened to him the dragons spirit had come back down but it didn’t go back up it went all into his heart and the spirit of the dragon had stayed in his heart. The boy was as fears as a dragon. He was brave and smarter.

He went outside and roared like a dragon. The spirit of the dragon came out as a dragon form and went back into him.

The boy went back to bed and had fallen asleep the minute he hit his head to his pillow. That morning he woke up he felt more than himself because of the dragon’s spirit can make all powerful. The boy got dressed and got breakfast then went to the cave, crept in, and found the dead dragon’s body on the hard black dull ground. The boy sat by the dragon’s body felling his armor like scales. The boy started to fell a tingling on his body the boys feet got big and harder the boy started to see scales on him. The boy was changing into an earth dragon with razor sharp teeth, big wings, and even bigger feet.

The boy ran out of the cave as he changed more into a dragon. The boy started to fly with his enormous wings. The boy flew up to the clouds amazed of what he was seeing. The boy flew higher and higher till he could touch an airplane. The boy flew down like a rocket ship. He hit the ground but he didn’t stop he went into the ground with a big roar. The boy had made a big passageway with his big body.

The boy came back up out of the ground. The boy was sore from hitting the ground so fearfully. The boy was very dirty the dirt covered his body like a brown coat.

His mom was just getting out of bed. She looked all over the house for the boy but she had no success finding him.

The boy on the other haps was walking in the dead forest. Then something happened. The boy changed back into his body form. He ran home and his mother saw him she made a big frown.

  “Where have you been?”

The boy lied and said in the back yard. The boy was worried he would get into a lot of trouble.

Something nocked on the front door. The mother went to go answer it and the boy sneaked to his room the mother answered the door and no one was there. The mom looked out the door and still saw nothing. She shut the door and then something knocking on the door again she open the door and nothing was there again.

The boy screamed the mom went racing to him the boy stood on his bed. The mother asked what had happened.

The boy told his mom that smock was on his floor and it made a face like shape and it said something but he could not hear or make up the words it was saying.

The boy and his mother decided to move. They moved to a house that was big and had many things to do and see. The two of them lived in the house and was much happier. But the boy still thought about the dragon ever day as he started to fill like him every day.

  THE END

  The King of Terror

  Chapter 1

  The Room of Death

There the old man sat, leaning on his throne for support. Light angled from the windows, making him look fearless and powerful despite his age. His beard, white as snow, brought out the bloodless color of his skin. A crimson red glowed oddly on his body as if producing a magical substance. On top of his head was a golden crown with gems of ruby, sapphire, and emerald that never stops glowing. Suddenly, a group of peasants with knives and swords walked into the room.

“What do you want, and it better be good.” The king growled because of the waste of time.

“We need money,” they whimpered, shaking in fear.

“Not my problem,” the king puffed. “That’s why you work for me, ten cents a week, best price in the kingdom.” He grinned.

“That is not the best price!” The smallest of the peasants howled. “My brother gets 8 times more than me.”

One of the peasants stomped forward. “That’s why we are here; to take that’s worth all we’ve done for you, such as you’re crown.” He snickered devilishly.

The peasant softly put his hands together, tapping his fingers tip to tip. The silence settled; tension rippled through the crowd.

  “Attack!” shouted the tallest peasant.

“Guards!” The king shouted as he jumped off his throne.

Footsteps clattered, growing louder. Crash! The doors flew open as guards flooded the room.

“Don’t just stand there, get them!” he boomed.

To the king it looked like a morbid ballet, full of death and destruction. It wasn’t long before peasants lay on the ground, dead.

One lone little boy stood among the bodies, crying and whimpering in the corner.

“No one will ever touch my crown but me!” The king’s voice echoed in the hall.

Footsteps of the guard clinked closer to the helpless child. The kid shook, scooting towards the wall. Sliver light blinded the boy as the guard slinked behind the child, grabbed his spear from his back, and yelled as he stabbed the child through the heart. The child screamed, sobbing, then fell to the ground eyes staring at the hazelnut door as if waiting for someone to come and save him.

“That’s better.” The King sighed and stomped through the dead bodies that scatter the floor.

He stopped at the door and glared at the child then left.

  Chapter 2

  Town’s meeting

Town’s people gathered at the old, brown, wooden steps of the bakery.

“He killed so many peasants; many of them may be family members of all of you!” Ryan, the baker, shouted, standing next to his sobbing wife. “He must have killed my son,” he whispered. Luckily no one heard.

“We have to go stop him, kill him!” shouted the butcher.

“I know, I know!” exclaimed Ryan. “But first, I think it’s best that we attack at night when there aren’t as many guards.” He stepped on a wooded box that lay near him.

“That makes sense” most of the village mumbled in agreement

“Let’s have a voting, come forward if you have a different idea, “Ryan yelled

No one wanted to step forward.

Ryan’s voice echoed through the trees. “We will leave the women and younger kids. Men start getting your weapons, we leave at dark. Then come to the park when dark, so I can tell you the plan.”

The day passed by slower, much slower, than expected. Kids looked around the house for their fathers weapons as if the weapons were playing hide-and-seek. Wife’s cried to think that they may have to take care of their kids alone. All of the sadness flooded the town.

  Later that night bl
ack and gray figures rounded the corner heading closer to the park.

When Ryan got there he was spooked at the scenery. Shadows streaked across the afternoon sky barely showing the tall camel colored grass. Stone had little lines and squiggles, making them look like tombstones. Ryan shuddered at the thought of the park being a graveyard.

“Okay, this is how it’s going to be Jeff, Sid, and Todd will go around the back of the castle and distract the guards so we can sneak in. Then 2 of you will hit the guards with metal tools on the head. Make sure to hide the guards or it will be too obvious. Then we will go in the castle and try to kill the king.” Ryan whispered at the men.

  Chapter 3

  The Chase Off

“Go, go” cried Jeff, trying to whisper.

The men looked like they were wild foxes chasing after a mouse. Todd jumped looking down to make sure his shovel didn’t stab his stomach. He closed his eyes as he pushed his strong legs into the air. Todd’s leg scratched the side of his leg on the rough maple bark, making his eyes fly open. Blood seeped out of his wounded leg but, Todd didn’t want to stop his journey to kill the king at that little scratch. The smell of the trees that surrounded him made Todd remember of the times with his father. He didn’t notice till later that he landed behind a tree with roots as tall as three men stacked on each other. Sid lounged into the top of the forest green bush. When he opened his eyes, the roots of the plant looked like they were clawing out of the ground. Jeff sprinted to the pearly doors of the castle.

“Why do I always have to do all the difficult work?” mumbled Jeff to himself. He jumped in front of the guards. They jumped back with a face disillusioned face.

“You know… you should really look at your face right now” Jeff snickered smacking his knee with laughter. “Come on do you really think I should be trespassing on the Kings grounds.” The guards looked at each other then started to chase after Jeff.

“Well, this isn’t half bad” he thought to himself.

He jumped into the tree and luckily, just as on plan, Todd and Sid jumped up and slammed their shovels into the guards head and knocked them out.

“Come on. They won’t be out for long.” Todd and Sid said in unison.

Jeff brought out his horn (that was in his jacket) that glowed with sparkles of cinnamon and amber. He blew his horn with all his might. A loud BBBBLLLLLLLAAAAAAAWWWWOOOOOO blared the horn, sound echoing off the tree as sparkles filled the air.

Angry villagers crowed the front of the castle. Everything from fancy swords to pieces of old glass was bobbing in the air. Even from miles away you could feel the anger that flooded the crowd. Everyone ran to the castle not caring that they could wake up the whole kingdom. They all jumped, bursting through doors.

“What do I do?” Sid asked

“We talked about this, Come on, Split Up!” Ryan sighed, anger seeping through his voice.

Remembering suddenly peasants decided weather they wanted to go up the stairs or to the ballroom. That’s when half went upstairs and the other half went to look in the ball-room. The clatter of shoes echoed off the marble walls. Cries rang as each person walked into the room. People from ages 9 to 41 scattered the floor with pale faces, and pools of deep red blood all around them.

“Daddy, please come back!” one of the peasants cried

The peasants went to check on their family members to see if they were alive or not. Unfortunaly all were dead, which gave the people more inspiration to fight and kill the king. Ryan looked around to see if his son was there that’s when he saw him lying in the corner of the room. A pool blood seeped around Gregory. His lost eyes focused to the door as if waiting for someone to come. His deep charcoal hair was dripping with sweat as if he was in a sauna. There, in the middle of his chest, was his heart is, a brown and sliver spear was sticking out. Ryan ran to the corner and sobbed over his Gregory.

“He was the best son a father could hope for.” Ryan whimpered. He screamed to the ceiling right before he passed out right on top of Gregory.

  Chapter 4

  Fight for Life

The stairs creaked and groaned as the peasants ran up them. When they got to the top the hall split in two. Dark shadows streamed out of each hall not making them look any friendlier.

“Which one do we go through.” one of the men shouted from behind the group of peasants.

“How about we go through the left one.” suggested Sid.

“O.K, but you’re going first.” mumbled Todd.

Floorboards creaked as they walked along the path. Soon they saw guards standing near the room to the left. Diamonds brought out the face of the king’s picture on the door. Gold boarders fill most of the door’s peachy space.

“Um, so, who has a baseball bat” Ryan whispered. His foot tapped lightly on the wooden floor.

Ted grumbled “It’s one of a kind but … here you go.”

Ted’s hand extended with a maple wood baseball bat being held tightly.

“Well I guess I’m going in.” Ted grumbled.

Ted jumped in front of both the guards. They both reached for their back and got their swords out.

“O.K. let’s make this fair hand-on-hand no weapons or protection allowed “

The guards huddled and mumbled to each other glancing at the peasant every few seconds.

“We agree to your challenge but, Matty will be fighting as I guard the king’s door, and if you don’t want to be killed by the king please keep your mouth shut no matter what!”

Matty (the guard towards the left) walked toward Ted in a slinking motion. Matty and Ted walked in circles around the hall with all the other peasants staring at them waiting for the first hit. Ted throws his fist into Matty’s nose. He tried not to scream because his face felt like metal. Then he grabbed part of Matty’s face and pulled. A mask started to come off and showed the face of an old man came into view.

“Grandpa!” shouted the other guard loud enough to wake the king.

Footsteps drew nearer to the door. Ted jumped toward the steps out of view. The doorknob to the king’s door twisted. An old figure came out, that looks like the photo of the king on the door.

“GURADS WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMEND OF YOURSELF, THREE WEEKS IN THE DUGEON NO COMPLANTS!”

The king’s face was a scarlet red and his forehead looked a little indigo, too. Eyes bulging and fist clutched he got a moldy rope from behind his door and pulled surprisingly the guards and everything they were holding disappeared.

“Long time no see Theodor, Wisely right, anyway didn’t your father come to kill me, he’s in the room where the other group is, please step forward, and nice baseball bat” said The King

“Um… how did you see us and how do… “

“I know everything Theodor, and I know you’re going to say up next prove it and now I’m saying get out of my castle and if you don’t want ,I’m talking to all of you hiding there, your family members to get thrown in the trash go and get them NOW!”

The peasants all ran down the creaky stairs yelling “You will pay for this!”

When they ran to the bottom of the stairwell they kept running into the ball room. Most of the peasants gasped in surprise. They grabbed their family members and ran all the way back to the village. Ryan woke up, picked up his child and walked out of the room in disgrace.

The village was happy to see their brothers and fathers coming back but, they were most emotional to see how many have died.

“Thank you for bringing them back so we can bury all the dead properly,” hollered Ryan’s wife “But what will we do about the king, please step forward is you have an idea!”

A little girl, with blonde curls, deep blue eyes, and freckles, stepped forward and ran up the stairs and whispered in the lady’s ear.

“Um, well, I never knew we would have to bring Big Mac into this but, we will try our best.”

Most of the people at the town’s meeting started mumbling
when they heard the name Big Mac.

“That is a wonderful idea Kala, now you may go back to your family.” Ryan insisted to the little girl.

She scrambled down the wooden stairs and ran into a women standing across most of the crowd.

“I am heading out at 10 till’ 5 to warn Big Mac and to ask him if he can help us at all.” he continued “If there are any who would like to help me walk up the mountain of Fudgy Sundaes.”

Only three people walked forward. Not to Ryan surprise there were Todd, Jeff and Sid, all covered in mud thanks to the last battle and to their revulsion of water.

“Men go to the shed and get your packs, and please don’t fight over the shovel, AGAIN!” he said with a hint of anger.

The men started to run to the shed calling different tools or weapons.

“I feel like I’m taking care of a 5 year old child, don’t any of you feel sorry for me, at all!” Ryan shouted to the crowd in a playful way.

He walked into his bakery still laughing then, started to cry and slammed the door.

“Sometimes I worry about him especially after our son died, he has been very strange, and I thought I was going to over react.” Sighed Mary Lue (Ryan’s wife)

“Well what are you doing let’s get ready to say good bye to this wonderful man who risked his life for use, 2 times.”

The entire crowd disappeared in seconds as if a herd of horses just let free.

“Now that’s better.” Whispered Mary Lue

Minutes later everyone was waiting at the dirt trail that led up to The Mountain of Fudgy Sundaes. Later Ryan, Todd, Jeff and Sid were dressed in khaki shirts and pants with a ginormous backpack with things from frying pans to rope.

“Well now to get a move on we have trail to cover, Good Bye loving and caring village if we don’t return in 5 weeks you will know we are dead.”

“Bye honey, please come back or else we will suffer dearly, I can’t run the bakery without you, I mean really who is going to milk Henrietta, she hates me!” Yelled Mary Lue

“Don’t worry dear with our talent put together no one is going to get killed.”

  “But honey.”

“No but’s ,we are going without any comment and please ask Sarah she is the one who gave Henrietta to use, and as I said before GOOD BYE.”

  “Bye.” Mary Lue whispered
