  Whoppers

  I drew back the bowstring and let it loose. The arrow flew through the sky and found its target deep within the heart of my enemy. Well, that sounds good, but this is what really happened. As I began to release the arrow, a bird’s windshield whopper hit me in the eye and blinded me causing me to fire the arrow towards my adversary and wound him in his left knee. Ok, the truth; the bird flopped a windshield whopper in my eye and I shot my enemy but it wasn’t with an arrow; it was a squirt gun.

  Antagonist

  Why do you flog my mind with the whip of hurriedness? Is the constant blinking really necessary? Communication with you is impossible.

  Why do you not understand my speech? I talk calmly and still you stand bordering on an attitude of defiance. Though my voice booms loudly, it receives nothing but silence in return.

  Your act of insolence is bringing me to the point of utter rage and I fear that I am at the point of losing control. Will someone save me from this antagonizing cursor that is flashing on the computer screen?
