“Lookout One to Lookout Two, over,” O’Leary said into the radio.

  “Go ahead,” squawked the ear piece.

  “Remember, when Target One passes behind that sailboat and yacht, we will loose contact with them from this side. You’ll have to keep us informed of anything out of the ordinary, over,” O’Leary ordered.

  “Roger that.”

  O’Leary took off his night vision goggles, then picked up his binoculars and trained them on the shadow in the water. He couldn’t see the two figures moving down dock A.

  “Target Kingpin has arrived.” O’Leary heard Air One report. He could see the lights from the cars as they came down the street and began slowing down as they got closer. Perfect timing, he thought.
